We’ve been buying NannyCare baby formula for 6 months now. The formula used to arrive within a few days. However the last few purchases have been taking longer and longer to arrive. We pay for the 3 day shipping and our last box took a month to arrive. The formula it’s self is superb and worth waiting for, we had to find a substitute to hold us over. And the boxing of our items is great, nothing comes damaged.

Ordered a few times and everything went really well. Last time though there was a little hiccup but Custmer Service was really helpfull and mistakes can happen!

Items correctly packaged and sent within the promised time. Nothing to add, all was good

Ordered on 13th Dec for Christmas, paying EUR 17 for delivery, expecting them to dispatch it in three business days as it said on their site. It was actually dispatched on 21st more than a week later, and didn't arrive until 29th. An email query to them on 23rd got the reply that I should have ordered sooner! You should have posted it sooner. Will be avoiding in future.

Al met al tevreden, ze hebben bijna alles wat je wilt, includief tijdschriften. Communicatie is goed, maar traag. Bestelproces is prima gergeld, bezorging ook. Diepvries alles ok. Maar de prijzen liggen aanzienlijk hoger dan elders. Dus wellicht beter de bestellingen te scheiden. Al met al: Aanbevelenswaardig!

FDA stopped the shipment because of paperwork and this took a while to be corrected. Product was packed perfectly.

Tot nu toe zeer tevreden met de leveringen van de bestelde artikelen. Dutchexpat moet alleen wat aan de prijzen van de kibbeling (€5,00 per pakking duurder) en de aardappels doen. Deze zijn nog voor COVID Pandemie te duur!!!!!

As we can't travel to NL for fun these days, it's great to be able to buy the things we miss from the Dutch Expat Shop. Everything you want, good prices, and packaged and shipped very well. Shipping costs not too bad either. Will definitely use again!

Terwijl jumbo zelf vermeld wordt binnenkort weer aangevuld. Dan bestel ik bij jullie een voorraad en duurt het heel lang voor er eindelijk bericht van jullie uit mijn kant op komt. Blijkt dat er maar 2 geleverd kunnen worden omdat de voorraad op is. Nu kijk ik weer op jullie site en staat er weer voldoende voorraad??????

I ordered formula from your company on Dec 14 for the first time. I received a tracking number which is greatly appreciated because I at least know the formula is in transit. My concern is how the formula is staying safe while in various warehouses. Also I was supposed to receive my package by the 12/27/21-12/30/21. It is now 1/2/22 and still no formula. I’m hoping I wasn’t scammed and this is just standard delivery due to high demand of the holiday season. I would feel more comfortable recommending your company when and if I receive the formula.

Great selection of products that you typically can't get outside of Belgium. All items were carefully packaged and in good condition. Delivery took a little longer than expected but as I placed my order within a week of Christmas this may have played a part.

I found things I didn’t have in a long time. Glad I found them.
