It's really easy to order on the website and the delivery is quite quick. A pleasure when you are expat to have this way to find some products from home you can’t find in the country you live in.

I don't receive my order

As always the order arrived quickly. Everything packed so well. And all the chocolate is always fresh. This is a great merchant. Don't hesitate to try the Belgian chocolate. It is most delicious. The Cote d'Or Bouchees are to die for .

We’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for mail delivery. We had to go to another company for an emergency shipment of baby formula. That arrived in 5 days.

Great. First time ordering, love my products. Wish they sold them in the US. TY!

Het is fantastisch dat ik producten uit Nederland kan bestellen. We hebben het nu al zoiets van 2 jaar gedaan en het bevalt uitstekend. Na eindelijk weer hebben kunnen reizen, was het een heerlijke gedachte dat we nu niet met potten augurken hoefden te slepen! Duurder om het te verschepen, maar niet meer zulke loodzware koffers.

All good, but when I ordered the (coffee) Hopjies it just called them "toffees", with no mention of coffee flavour, and I had to trust the picture (luckily I knew what they look like). But it was OK – I got what I wanted. Also the tins of Appelstroop leak quite badly; thankfully you now put them in plastic bags, but a better container (?screw lid) would be nice.

Although shipping to the US is not cheap, it seems quite consistent with what I would have paid had I shipped it myself, and the price markup of items is very reasonable compared to competing services. VERY MUCH appreciate that, as you do your shopping, the shipping cost automatically appears on the screen. I would probably shop more regularly if there was a cheaper/slower shipping option. Range of products is very good. Hope it will be expanded even more.

Always quick and products are fresh

We ordered from the DutchExpatShop for Sinterklaas. Unfortunately we didn't pay the easiest way, so our payment was very hard to find, but they put a lot of effort in and sent an amazing package as soon as it was all cleared. We paid for the food we ordered for Christmas differently and that package arrived within a week. Very happy with both the packages and with their customer service. Thank you!

One of the only places that I could find online to deliver what I wanted to the UK. Will definitely be using them again. Everything was straightforward.

I have been ordering on a regular basis for about 2 years now. And I have been extremely satisfied with both the quality of the products (duh Belgian food is awesome), the speed of delivery and the impecable way the products are packed. Never had a broken or spoiled product. Dutch expat store is the best remedy for homesickness. In the last year I have referred several of my patients to this site who needed infant formulas for medical reasons. All of them have been extremely pleased with the assortment of clean, non-fillers, soy free formulas and the speed of shipping.

2nd time I’ve ordered and excellent service on both occasions. It did take 3-5 working days for the goods to be packed and shipped by DHL, and I did ask a question about this online which resulted in a prompt reply but otherwise all good. Item I bought was very well packed (which takes some of the prep time) and arrived in the correct condition. DHL courier gets it to you very quickly. I will use the service again.

I have not received my package yet and I am very disappointed. Customer service has not even responded to my emails.
