Bij de bestelling duidelijk aangegeven dat ik mijn geld terug wil als het bestelde product niet voorradig is, en niet een vervangend product. Op de website stond dat het product op voorraad is. Helaas toch een alternatief product geleverd. Ondanks diverse mails aan de customers service geen enkele reactie. Ook nu staat er nog steeds op de website dat het product op voorraad is. Gelukkig met mijn credit card betaald. Ga ICS vragen om de betaling terug te draaien.

I placed an order on July 1st : amount 113 euros. After 3 days I'vas asked them if they had sent my order. They told me they were sorry but they could not as some items were missing. First problem : why do you accept if you don't have it? Then as I was going on vacation I asked them to hold it one week. which they did. They chose DPD as a delivery partner which becomes Chronopost in France. The day of delivery I've received an email from Chronopost ( which I didn't know that it as this order of course) and asked them to deliver it at the pick up point near my place. For some reasons, they decided not to deliver it there and keep at at their central pick up point which is 7 k from my apartment and I had no way to go there. The package was a a little heavy. For your information it was 38 degrees outside and my order was supposed to be refrigerated. I called chronopost twice a day, sent email to Dutch Expat shop.. They only answer was go and get it there or ask for a new presentation. After 8 DAYS, the package arrived at the chosen pick up point near my place. Yes but : the food smelled , it was degusting. Of course after 10 days all together the pancakes and the fricadelles were just not possible to be eaten to avoid a food intoxication. And The provider never answered after this. Don't trust this company, they are not customer friendly and they don't care about your order. I lost 113 euros, I'm very angry. But maybe they won't assume and won't let my opinion on line.
Dear Valerie, thanks for your review. We were trying to deliver your package but nobody was at home so Chronopost brought your package to the pick up shop where you collect the package. We shipped your frozen products on 19 July 2022 and we were trying to deliver it 2 days later on 21 July 2022. It is important when you order such sensitive products to follow the 4 rules we require. 1. The address has to be correct 2. The delivery address must be easy to find by the postal company otherwise we will advise you not to order 3. You need to follow your tracking everyday so we can solve issues immediately 4. Someone need to be at home to collect the package We do not understand why you are ordering frozen products and you did not follow the above rules? Why was nobody at home to collect the package? Why you did not go immediately to the postal office to collec the package? You went to the pick up 6 days later, which is offcourse too late. If you went to the pick up 1 to 3 days later the products were still fine but when you wait 6 full days it is offcourse defrosted. Very sorry about this but we did not do anything wrong and i think you are the one which made a few mistakes. If you order next time frozen / cool products you should go immetiatley to the pick up to collect the package and otherwise stay at home which is one of the requirements. ik ontving de normale produkten in goede staat, echter de diepvries produkten waren totaal ontdooit, de temperatuur in de speciale (extra betaalde) doos was rond de 30 graden. Ik heb onmiddellijk een mail gestuurd maar de reactie van Dutch Expat Shop was en is erg onprofessioneel . De emails hebben geen aanhef of afstand suiting, gewoon een zin en met bergen spelfouten. het was de eerste keer dat ik diepvries produkten bestelde en zeker de laatste keer, ongeveer 52 euro weggegooid en geen reactie ven Dutch Expat Shop. I am very grateful to this company for having the organic formula that my son takes. I didn't give it a 5 star review because I read on reviews that they ship very quickly and the formula took a while to arrive (compared to other websites that I've used before from Europe as well that have delivered my order within 3 business days from the day I purchased it). Secondly, I really needed the formula to feed my son but the pricing was over $100 dollars more from what I've always paid for the same amount of cans (12). However, I am very pleased and thankful for Dutch Expat Shop for actually having the product in stock and making its way to us.
Snelle levering
We ordered Loulouka formula for our baby on July 7, we paid for the formula, received an email confirmation, never received a tracking number and have never received the formula. We've emailed customer service a couple times and have never even received a response. I'm starting to feel like we got ****med and are thinking about contacting our credit card company to report fraud. We are leaving the review on here in hopes that we don't have to take it that far. We are simply asking for either an update of when we can expect the formula or a full refund. We are down to our last can of formula and need to know if we should be ordering elsewhere. The lack of customer service and communication is really what has frustrated us. Hate that feeling of questioning if we bought off a legitimate website.

Hello everyone, I ordered stage 1 (0-6 months) cans of babyfood, but received 4 cans that are for babies 10+ months old. I emailed customer support twice about the issue, they simply ignored me. I would have happily sent back the items and get a refund or the items I purchased. I have proof, pictures of the original order, the items they sent, the box in which they arrived, etc ... Ben erg tevreden over de snelheid waarin onze bestelling is geleverd. En alles ook netjes verpakt. Wel jammer dat de website waarin je de levering kan volgen, niet up-to-date is, maar is van de logistieke partij - dus Dutch Expat Shop kan daar niet veel aan doen denk ik. Op de website stond aangegeven dat mijn bestelling nog in Enschede was, terwijl we de bestelling al hadden ontvangen. We zullen in de toekomst zeker meer bestellen.
Ik heb hier gewinkeld. Ik kom uit Antwerpen maar woon in Noorwegen, ik ben heel blij, alles was mooi ingepakt, het duurde niet lang toen het in Noorwegen aankwam.
I had some issue with the parcel,it got sent back and it took in total one month and several emails to get ahold of it. I was quite annoyed in the beginning,but at last everything arrived and it was still perfectly packed.So,I suppose I was just a bit unlucky when it came to the shipment procedure. Otherwise I’m quite happy with the products I ordered.

Parcel shipped on the 17th May and no sign of it yet. I contacted DPD and apparently there was an address issue,although I submitted all my details,included my address,correct. Parcel got sent back to Dutch Expat and delivered two days ago.In all this time no reaching out from the customer service. I mean,I should have already got a refund or at least the offer to send the parcel again,but no emails or texts whatsoever despite multiple tries. Really disappointed.
