I can rely on this company year after year for Dutch Sinterklaas goodies & other great Dutch treats not limited to a holiday. Although the selection or flavors may vary yearly, it seems to always have just enough for me to find what I enjoy.

All the messages are in Dutch, I do not speak Dutch. I understand, the package was delivered this morning, Oct. 27, but I did not receive any, I was home all morning.... What can I do to retrieve my order? Please advise! Sincerely, Hannelore McEwan

Duidelijke website, vlotte, goed verpakte levering.

Hi I try to email you but it did not go through so this is my last option. I have orderd from you before because you have a good selektion if jules destrooper cookies so I had no hesitation to order from you again.I was so happy to recive my parcel from you so I opend it, UNFORTUNATELY I GOT so SAD &DEVASTATED all the cookies was in 1000s of pieces this time really you could have wrapped it in much better and written handle with care or fragile on the parcel.I dont mind paying for quality and almost 100€ is a lot of money for cookies and they are our favorites. But I can't serve that for anyone family or friends. Ps I have taken pic of it but i can't attach them here. But if you want to ser it send me your correct email adress from DENMARK & i will send it to dutchexpatshop. Sincerly Susanne

It took a while before they send out my order. I expected them to ship one or two business days after ordering but it took 8 business days before my items were shipped. On delivery I was most excited about the katjang pedis nuts. The website gives you an option between the Humbo and AH ones. I choose Jumbo but didn’t recognize the packaging or taste being Jumbo’s. Over half the package of each box had stale nuts in them. The crispy taste you expect from these nuts was not there. The package the nuts came in was at fault. A super thin layer of plastic was protecting the nuts to break out of their box. Air must have gotten in and made the nits stale. I would definitely recommend Dutch Expat Shop but this is what you can expect when using their services.

Het is altijd al een cadeau als de doos wordt afgeleverd met de lekkernijen maar laatst was waarschijnlijk de doos bij de koeriersdienst gevallen waardoor een paar potten waren beschadigd zoals een strooppot. Ik heb dit gemeld bij DES en dezelfde dag is dit vergoed. Top service

Good prices, excellent delivery time. I love zero alcohol brown Leffe beer and it is impossible to find it in North America. I tried two different online shops for this product, one in Belgium and one in Denmark, before buying from Dutch Expa Shopt. The Dutch Expat shop has the best prices and delivery times as well as good communication about the delivery. Will definitely keep buying at this shop.

I received my order within the expected timeframe. It got hung up in US Customs but that is to be expected.

100% delighted with my purchase

I ordered $500 dollars worth of a coffee brand that I found while traveling to Europe this year. Dutch expat shop had the better price deals on the coffee. The shipping to the USA was cost effective for the amount purchased. It was easy to order. Delivery was as expected, and promised. I had a few days delay at US customs which was not Dutch expats fault. Their package was delivered into the USA on time. My package was received in excellent condition. It was very well packaged. Quality of the product was, and is excellent. I had some reservations about ordering due to some reviews but I can honestly say that the full service experience was fantastic. I will be buying my large coffee purchase again next year from this company. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were recently in Europe and I found these amazing vanilla waffles in Amsterdam. When I got home I searched for them only to realize they’re only available overseas. I was thrilled to find The ExPat Dutch shop carried them. I ordered 6 packages!! It took a while and they were delayed in customs, but well worth the wait! The rest of my family fell in love with them as well. Sweet vanilla cream loaded between two soft waffles…what’s not to love! I’m sure we’ll be reordering!

My question was answered quickly by email. Fast delivery. Everything was well packaged so that it arrived intact.

I love the products but i kost 3 milk and 2 drinks as it leaked in the box otherwise the items arw quality

I have used the Dutch Expat Shop several times. There are a very good choice of products, better than other sites I have looked at. My orders have arrived promptly and have been well packed. All the products I have received have a good shelf life on them. I will continue to use the shop again.

very efficient and easy

I received a damaged package (for the second time) and the courier sent it back to you. We agreed on a new shipment, which never arrived.

The products were very well packed. One point for improvement I did mot get notified after three days about the delay. Otherwise the service is fine keep it up!
