I love the Dutch Expat Shop for the variety it offers, the reasonable pricing and the quick shipment. It is THE place to shop for Belgian, Dutch, or German groceries. There are, however, two things that could make the experience better. First, let the customers rate the products they have bought. For example I bought three different gluten-free speculaas because I had no idea which one would taste the best. There was clearly a winner. I could have bought three packs of the great tasting one if I had only known. Customer feedback nowadays is priceless. Secondly, I know that up to a certain weight, the shipping cost remains the same. I wish there was a way of knowing when you are ordering. If we know the destination before hand, that should be easy to do. As you fill your cart, you see how much more you can add to stay in the same shipping cost category. Those two changes really would really make a difference to the website. Thanks!

De produkten worden altijd erg netjes en goed verpakt. Tot nu toe is er nooit een foutje gemaakt. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service en afhandeling van bestellingen.

Ik bestel al jaren al mijn Nederlandse koek, snoep en saus bij Dutch Expat Shop.

Producten, verpakking allemaal prima in orde. Maar een betere communicatie m.b.t. Tot verzending zou prettig zijn.

I am really pleased to have found the shop. I ordered Sinterklass goodies and they arrived on time and in a well put together box. I will use again next year!

Het antwoord op mijn vraag die ik stelde, duurde lang, toen ik na 2 dagen nog geen antwoord kreeg moest ik weer een e mail sturen, toen kreeg ik gelijk antwoord. Het kan zijn dat men het te druk had.

Uitstekend, mis alleen tegenwoordig de mail dat de bestelling verzonden is dus ook geen track en trace. Niet heel erg maar zou fijner zijn als deze mail wel weer verzonden zou worden!!!!

erstens : ich habe falsche Ware bekommen, zweitens : ich bekomme keine vernünftige Antwort, drittens : sie antworten nur in English.... WARUM.... , Ich habe einen Fehler gemacht.......... bei ihnen zu bestellen... aus Fehlern soll man lernen ... Sorry ... soll nicht wieder vorkommen.. Ich hoffe Sie finden einen Übersetzer...... freundlich grüßt Jan

alles was weer top, niets gebroken en/of gekreukt en verkruimeld. Netjes ingepakt en binnen drie weken had ik het op Lesvos, Griekenland. Gelijk heerlijk wat plakjes gemberkoek genomen. Bedankt weer.

With the holidays around the corner it is great to be able to buy some real good Dutch treats! ‘Kerstbrood’ or Christmas Stollen is something we always eat with a slice of cheese or butter. I ordered some typical items and was pleasantly surprised to have my order delivered within 5 days! All was packed well and the time between shipping from the warehouse to my fridge was 2 days - so you can order stuff that keeps well for a couple of days outside the refrigerator. Now that I know; I will start doing my ‘dutch’ groceries @Dutch expat shop
