Nooit antwoord gehad op mijn vraag over de maat van een koelbox vooraf aan de bestelling. Toch maar besteld. Na de automatische bestelbevestiging geen bericht meer ontvangen over de verzending van de levering. Op verzoek 10 dagen na de bestelling een tracking link ontvangen.

Diverse artikelen over de houdbaarheidsdatum.

Delivery took a little longer this time but good communication and goods arrived on the day indicated. So lovely to get items, ie Croma delivered now we are unable to visit Holland. We also appreciate how well everything is packed. Many thanks

Having left the Netherlands over 60 years ago I still miss certain things especially at Christmas. I have now introduced my grandchildren to these wonderful memories by purchasing items from your shop. They are all practicing Dutch and have started by chokolade hagelslag and schuddebuikjes, Bedankt M

Everything fine

I enjoy shopping with Dutch expat shop. It is delivered within a wee and with the added track and trace I can see what stage of delivery it is at. I never had anything damaged and the cheese is vacuum packed so will last without being in the fridge. I’m already planning my next shop after Christmas!

Prompt professional service

The website is a bit overwhelming with so much on offer but I spent a very happy afternoon making up my order. The postage was reasonable, especially as it reduced the more I put in my basket. I also had no unexpected charges from customs when it was sent to the UK. I shall certainly be ordering again and my daughters' Christmas will be a lot more joyful ... after Hema left the UK they've been bewailing the lack of marsepeinen aardappeltjes and other such delights this year. Would be wonderful if you could add Hema to your suppliers then it would be perfect :)

I have to wait 10 days for delivery.

Snelle en goede service,pakket arriveerde zoals beloofd in 4 dagen in the USA. Enigste probleem was dat de Amerikaanse afdeling van DHL,het pakket niet wilde leveren op ons huis adres. Maar door interventie van de plaatselijke postkantoor werd het pakket na verschillende telefoontjes,toch geleverd op het postkantoor. Dhl,stuurde het naar USPS,en die levert alleen op het postkantoor.

Het duurde meer dan een week voordat de shipping begon. De datum waarop het aan zou komen was vervroegd met 3 dagen en ik moest toen een reis vervroegd afbreken. De twee flessen Oranje Bitter lekten en en alles zat onder de Oranje Bitter.

Heb maar weinig heimwee naar Nederlandse produkten, maar dikke ketjap, advocaat om een toetje op te vrolijken, soms een kroketje of zelfs een hollandse haring... Het is er allemaal, zo nodig in diepvries aan te leveren. Als er ook nog zachte borstelwaar in het pakket zou voorkomen heb ik niets meer te wensen. O ja, misschien soms wat grotere flessen of blikken. Goed bedrijf!

Just love all products that are available. As I live in the United kingdom there are many things that I cannot get here and miss from the Netherlands so yes I am always pleased. And the service and delivery are on point. And as always a small surprise left in with the order.

Sad to say that the most expensive item was poorly packed. A heavy tin was packed on top of it and it was completely destroyed. Cannot comment about the rest of the items as they will not be opened until Sinterklaas.
