Goed en betrouwbaar tracking systeem

Once again any thanks for my order and for the updates with the delivery day. As always an excellent service provided by all and a great selection of items to buy so that I always have a good supply of dutch goodies at home which I can enjoy until I can get back out there again. Happy Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year.

I order two weeks ago and still didn't receive the biscuits! I'm vey unhappy with this experience

Wij hebben voor het eerst een bestelling gedaan vanuit Hongarije. De bekende dingen die je meestal niet in het buitenland kunt krijgen. Werkelijk alle was prima in orde en echt heel erg goed verpakt. We hebben ook gelijk wat diepvries producten besteld en dat zat ook goed verpakt in een koelbox met ijs erin. Kortom onze eerste indruk is fantastisch! Willem van Noort Hongarije

Het is erg onduidelijk of bepaalde artikelen wel of niet geleverd kunnen worden naar bijvoorbeeld Cyprus, pas aan het eind kom je erachter dat de door mij verlangde artikelen niet leverbaar zijn Bij navraag hoor je dan: Die kunnen niet naar een eiland geleverd worden. Heel vreemd, er gaan toch vliegtuigen?

Makkelijke site, duidelijk, letterlijk met 1 druk op de knop besteld en snelle levering. Daarnaast heb ik nog een vraag gesteld aan de klantenservice en die werd snel beantwoord.

Really good service from the Dutch Expat Shop. Unfortunately not so good from the UK partner of PostNL who took 12 days to deliver it after the order cleared UK customs.

With everything going on, the pandemic, increased shipping costs, shipping issues... I was scared something was going to go wrong. But it didn't. It took a bit longer (I am used to 1 day in between me placing the order and the order being shipped) but things were actually delivered one day earlier than originally estimated. I am looking forward to the costs of shipping coming down again, but that is not their fault.

Ordering was easy, although shipment cost to the US were very expensive. The most disappointing thing was, that despite the premium delivery cost, delivery was extremely slow. I ordered the goods on the 17th of November and the goods were not delivered till the 13th of December. This included me having to chase up a hold up at US customs. So overall a disappointing experience.

Leuk assortiment, uitstekend verpakt en vlot bezorgd!

The ordering process was easy, good value for money, and good tracking, but due to the minimal packaging almost all of the tins of soup I received were damaged which was disappointing.

Als ik iets bestel is het meestal binnen 1 week in huis. Ook de diepvriesproducten. Soms is er wel iets gebroken maar dat ligt aan de bezorger, die te ruw is met de pakketten.

As a Scot living in Poland, Holland was the last place I expected to buy Chocolate. However, the Chef in me is continually searching for the next big thing. Enter DUTCH EXPAT SHOP. As a child I grew up on Cote D'or, so it only made sense to share my childhood hood memories with our kids - canot wait for them to try such delicious chocs on Christmas day ! Perversely it worked out cheaper to buy from Dutch Expat rather than buy directly from some of the online Belgium stores. WATCH OUT FOR ONE PARTICLAR BELGIUM CHOCLATE STORE - RIP OFF PRICES when you compare them to the Dutch Expat. My point ? Buy here. Buy now. Be grateful such a wonderful online shop exists. Het pakket was heel goed ingepakt en breekbare dingen apart verpakt in karton en bubble wrap. Met postnl duurt het wel wat langer voordat het pakket bezorgt wordt, maar het houdt de bezorgkosten laag dus ik ben blij dat jullie deze optie bieden. Bedankt voor de goede service!
