Delivery was delayed due to seller not complying with USA FDA custom import regulations. It is a gift, so I do not know if the delay affected the quality of the product.

Een duidelijke website en ruim assortiment maakte de koopervaring snel en makkelijk. De artikelen waren goed verpakt en snel geleverd, en de prijs van een ontbrekend artikel werd snel terugbetaald. Van harte aanbevolen!

The company did a great job, products arrived early and in good condition. Everything was fresh and packed with care. I was a bit disappointed to find the website didn't have the ability to show prices in other currencies, in our case pounds. It's easily fixed by opening a currency exchange calculator, but it was missed all the same. It is entirely understandable that this company has to earn something so the prices per product are a bit higher than in the actual shop. All in all, good experience, half a star less for the lack of currency choices.

I get excited ever time I order from the Dutch Expat shop. I do not have to wait very long before it arrives. It always arrives in an excellent condition. The food is always excellent and delicious and has a good expiry date. My grandson now knows who Sinterklaas is as I can get everything for him, what I used to get for Sinterklaas when I grew up in The Netherlands.

Mijn ervaring is, de post was op tijd. Maar vanwege de hoge kosten voor het versturen is het haast onmogelijk voor een particulier een order te plaatsen. Bv 1 ontbijtkoek kost € 3 Per post en invoerkosten € 13
