It was easy to find the products I wanted, and to get some ideas for other products. It was also easy to find out which products were in inventory, and which were sold out. Buying, payment, shipping and updates were all easy to accomplish, well communicated and punctual.

Na zoveel jaar klant te zijn geweest Stop ik er nu mee. Ik heb op google review ook al gezegd waarom. maar ook geen reactie ontvangen van hun. Het laatste jaar zwaar teleurgesteld in hun service . Ook nu weer met mijn bestelling ontvangen 6 december 2021 Corespondentie is slecht en telefonisch niet te bereiken , waardoor misschien problemen sneller zouden zijn opgelost. Dus goodbye helaas !!

It was my second attempt to order. Fist time my order cancelled due to the pandemic restrictions. I lost some money due to conversion rate during return of money....(((( Then I checked whether your company deliver to Kazakhstan. It was confirmed. But :) my second order also cancelled, but this time w/o any explanation.

Nothing to say, ordered some producs for baby ( meaning high importance) and never came! They totalay forgot about it!

Even though your company advertising to selling frozen foods you are unable to fulfill this service. Will there ever be an opportunity to buy frozen foods? When this horrible Covid-19 is over can I collect from your company? Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year. Kind regards Paul Cornelis

Everything was fine, but I had two issues with the delivery: 1) the asparagus was partially frozen and the can blowed because of ice, and the juice licked out a bit. 2) no intermediate status information regarding my order: only "ordered" and in two weeks a had call from the courier once it was here. It would be more convenient to receive intermediate updates.

Good choice and perfect timing.
