Grote keuze van producten en snelle levering, blij om in Frankrijk lekkere dingen uit mijn thuisland (België) en soms ook uit Nederland te eten. Mijn eerste bestelling was tijdens de eerste lockdown omdat ik toen niet kon reizen en nu doe ik het nog is zo handig aan huis geleverd.

Delivery took a long time. We left the house without the items, so the family did not get their sweets.

I live in Seattle, WA and I couldn't find any company/website that could ship me Zwitsal baby products. By chance I found Dutch Expat Shop, the only shop/website that sold european products that ships to the USA. Ordered twice from them, the products came in a timely manner & were packed with care. Love their service, I most definitely will order from them again. A big Thank you!

I placed an order about a month ago and it was shipped the following day. The package took a while to get through customs and there were delays with the holiday, but that was no fault of the shipper. My order arrived and was well packaged, there were no dented cans and it was exactly what I ordered. Will be using this company again for future orders.

Het bestelde ontvangen keurig ontvangen en de klantenservice was echt top. Hielden mij goed op de hoogte over de bezorging van de producten. Zeker een aanrader om bij te bestellen!

Vrijdag avond besteld, Maandag 6 werkdagen later bezorgd. Uitstekend verpakt en ijskoud geleverd (diepvries snacks). De glazen potjes (aardappel anders) waren goed beschermd voor transport en goed ontvangen. De tracking was in mijn geval in ‘mijn orders’ zichtbaar, maar heb geen automatische mail ontvangen toen het verstuurd werd. Deze kreeg ik later van DPD/Chronopost toen ie in de levering ging. Contact met Sophie van klantenservice was perfect.

Customer service was excellent. The website and navigation around the website could be updated.

There is nothing wrong here, I love shopping here, get my Dutch fix and shipping is overnight to west France, kids love playing Volcano with the dry ice, I almost did not shop here due to some negative reports and most of them should be removed as it’s common knowledge that importing food items into many countries is prohibited, then people going on a negative when parcel is held back by customs , huh But I mailed Info and got a reply from Mark on his holidays with the reassurance I needed, only tip I have f9r anyone outside NL is ask them to ship on a Monday an make sure no public holidays in your country, also I ship to my work address to sure we get it and not miss them at home… thanks for super service, may you continue the growth

La merce viene imballata con cura maniacale e le spedizioni sono rapide. Mi sono trovato benissimo e soddisfattissimo della merce ordinata.

Usually accurate, these days, and range pleasingly expanded. Prices higher than if you are allowed off the island to visit Albert Heijn or Delhaize for yourself, but maybe that's not a fair comparison. There are certainly others doing the same sort of thing with (1) even higher prices and (2) less choice. So maybe you deserve >4 stars these days, but no body is perfect and I don't know how to add half a star. The other Dutch shop we most badly miss is Hema, but word on the (Dutch) street is that they've changed a lot in the last couple of years, partly, I surmise, in respnse to the rising world prices for cotton. Anyhow, food is what you concentrate on, and food is probably in aggregate more complicated to organize than Hema stuff. Blijf gezond

It's really easy to order on the website and the delivery is quite quick. A pleasure when you are expat to have this way to find some products from home you can’t find in the country you live in.

I don't receive my order

As always the order arrived quickly. Everything packed so well. And all the chocolate is always fresh. This is a great merchant. Don't hesitate to try the Belgian chocolate. It is most delicious. The Cote d'Or Bouchees are to die for .

We’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for mail delivery. We had to go to another company for an emergency shipment of baby formula. That arrived in 5 days.

Great. First time ordering, love my products. Wish they sold them in the US. TY!
