Lekkere dingen en goed verpakt.

De levering was zeer snel en de diverse items waren uitstekend, met bubbelfolie en waar nodig nog in plastic zakjes, verpakt. Lekkende producten komen dus niet meer voor, wat in het verleden nog wel eens gebeurde. De vervaldatum van de producten waren allemaal ver in de toekomst. Ik ben uiterst tevreden.

Zo blij met Dutch Expat shop, zo houden we de Nederlandse traditie hoog. De bestellingen worden altijd goed verstuurd, levertijd ongeveer 1 week. Echt heel tevreden.

Heerlijk om eens lekker "thuis" te winkelen en de lekkere producten uit Nederland te kunnen kopen. Ik mis de nieuwe haring!!

Na eerder negative ervaringen met de verzending en tijdrovende mails is deze order uitstekend verwerkt. Dus ik hoop dat het volgende keer ook weer gladjes zal verlopen. Bedankt.

Wow what an amazing service. The items are very carefully wrapped. Those items that risk spilling are wrapped in bubble wrap and an extra plastic to prevent any spillage in case of damage. But honestly the way the parcel was packed is amazing especially considering our order weighed 43kg and it arrived in 2 boxes and with no scratch or dent on them (real quality packaging). Also very reasonable shipping price (Eur 12,50) to the Highlands in Scotland. Honestly several UK companies don't even deliver here or charge a huge fee. So we are really impressed with Dutch Expat Shop. We also love the selection of products and the fact they have a choice between cheaper brands too (love the Jumbo products). We do miss some of our traditional Dutch food and it is just great to have an affordable and reliable company like Dutch Expat Shop that provide a quality service. We definitely recommend and will order again.

Alles goed verpakt en niet een te lange tijd wachten voordat het komt

Very fast delivery of goods, which unfortunately cannot be bought in the Czech Republic. Is it necessary that each box is additionally packed in a bag? I think of the environment. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no notification of the shipment. I'm really glad the shipment arrived quickly and in order. A small bonus inside the shipment pleased.

Op een vrijdag besteld, 't moest vóór woensdag op een adres in België zijn, maar helaas... PostNL werkte niet mee.

Easy ordering products online. Delivered quickly and extremely well packed. Cost of delivery is expensive but expect this is due to Brexit.

My delivery was 1 item short, when I emailed to ask for the missing item to be sent I got a rather terse response stating they had shipped the full order and asked me to check the packaging, I had already done this but checked once again. When I got back to them the response was almost that I was lieing and that it would be too costly for them to post the missing item. I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Ik heb al verschillende bestellingen geplaatst bij Dutch Expat Shop en de ervaring is steeds zeer goed. De website is gebruiksvriendelijk, met een gemakkelijke check-out procedure, en de goederen worden steeds geleverd binnen 10 werkdagen. Alles wat breekbaar is wordt steeds in bubble wrap verpakt. Ik heb geen ervaring met zuivelproducten of verse vleeswaren, maar hetgeen ik bestel komt steeds netjes toe.

Products were for the most part broken and crushed during shipment. One bag even ripped open. DHL repackaged the box. So overall it has been a disappointing first order.

Ik heb pas 1 keer besteld en Dutch Expat's service was geweldig. Daarentegen, DHL, was waardeloos! Tot 3 keer toe werd m'n bestelling aan een koerier meegegeven om te bezorgen en pas op de derde dag werd het afgeleverd. Belachelijk. Maar daar kan Dutch Expats niets aan doen. Besteld zeker vaker!
