I have already described Dutch Expat Shop in my previous orders with an excellent evaluation, the products are excellently preserved and packaged, the traceability and delivery service is also excellent. I will continue to order my favorite snacks. My sincere congratulations to all the staff.

The products came in perfect condition and the gift was a really nice touch, but I expected the package to arrive sooner. I ordered it on Thursday and expected you to send it on Friday, but it got send on Monday, which is 4 days later... and I received it a whole week after ordering.

Was er nieuw met bestellen maar ben zeer tevreden, alles was ook goed verpakt.

Alles kwam goed aan in USA. Order was compleet (er was een vertraging in Frankrijk). Het zou mooi zijn als Ik bevroren goederen zoals kroketten kan bestellen voor USA. Ik heb het eerder gedaan nadat ik een waiver heb getekend (op eigen risico) zodat als het geclaimed werd in USA, ikzelf voor de kosten opkwam. Op de paklijst werd “shrimp krokketten” gezet en het kwam altijd aan. Misschien een suggestie

My address needed fo be in English alphabet. I only found out after emailing them 20 daya later. They blamed that my address was incorrect but they just could have told me they needed written English.

I recommend this store! The shipping was fast and I see myself purchasing from them again. Their customer service is helpful and quick. The only thing to improve is better protection of crushables like crisps.

Received my order well frozen. Good service at reasonnable price. Delay between order and reception in France : 9 days. Recommendations : keep the client informed, had no idea when the package would arrive. I also suggest that you stay polite and be patient, it makes no sense that the client should understand your problems. Its the other way around, always. Even if you think the client is wrong, show compassion!
