It was my second attempt to order. Fist time my order cancelled due to the pandemic restrictions. I lost some money due to conversion rate during return of money....(((( Then I checked whether your company deliver to Kazakhstan. It was confirmed. But :) my second order also cancelled, but this time w/o any explanation.

Nothing to say, ordered some producs for baby ( meaning high importance) and never came! They totalay forgot about it!

Even though your company advertising to selling frozen foods you are unable to fulfill this service. Will there ever be an opportunity to buy frozen foods? When this horrible Covid-19 is over can I collect from your company? Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year. Kind regards Paul Cornelis

Everything was fine, but I had two issues with the delivery: 1) the asparagus was partially frozen and the can blowed because of ice, and the juice licked out a bit. 2) no intermediate status information regarding my order: only "ordered" and in two weeks a had call from the courier once it was here. It would be more convenient to receive intermediate updates.

Good choice and perfect timing.

DPD is the local courier used by the Dutch Expats in Slovakia, which complicates it all. Comparing to other couriers there is always some kind of complication with the DPD, but this time it reached new level. The DPD did not allow me to neither to change the delivery address nor to let me pick up the package at their service center. But, after two unsuccessful attempts to deliver it to my original delivery address, the DPD sent back the package to Netherlands with a comment that I rejected the package, which is not true.

Fast shipment and a wide choice of products

Snel geleverd, uitstekend verpakt, maar communicatie kan beter. Geen antwoord op vragen via de site. Geen bericht wanneer pakket wordt verzonden. Maar het pakket is er wel binnen 10 dagen en alle producten zijn uitstekend verpakt en goed beschermd tegen transportschade. Assortiment is uitstekend, prijzen zijn acceptabel. Ga ik zeker vaker gebruik van maken!

Ondanks mijn herhaalde reacties heb ik nu 3 keer een zending met een verkeerd Tracj\k & Trace nummer. Je krijgt de Barcode maar niet het T&T nummer. In Rusland hebbe we het Track & Trace nuumer (T&T) nodig om het pakket te kunnen ontvangen op het postkantoor want het wordt niet aan huis bezorgd.

Producten zijn top. Alleen jammer dat ze met bezorgdienst DPD werken in Duitsland. Regelmatig pakjes zoek of niet bezorgd. Gelukkig heeft de Dutch expat shop het opgelost. Al met al een hoed bedrijf.
