All was very good and well packed. Unfortunately the email for tracking the parcel with the 'Partner Link' opened all the time the HERMES site and they had no tracking info. Obviously, as the parcel was actually delivered by Parcel Force to our surprise. This needs to be sorted out as delivery instructions may require adjustment.

Never had a complain since I ordered

We always celebrate Sinterklaas so it is a joy to be able to get dutch goodies for this celebration. The choice is excellent and the delivery is quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall, again one nice experience. The products are fresh, sweet and tasty, shipping is fast, but just about pre-order and post-order communication, Mark could write a bit longer replies and could be a bit more interested to answer to the customer exactly what customer asks.... instead answering what customer did not ask :) . Everything else is very good and I am recommending buying from Dutch Expat Shop. Thank you!

we discovered this company last year and have made a few orders since. As we were not able to travel last year we were not able to enjoy Dutch and Belgium foods, but with this company we are now able to. The order is dispatched within days and received well packed.

Found Dutch ex pats shop over a year ago and never looked back. Great range of Belgium and Dutch food drink and beer at what I think is god prices. They keep you informed when your delivery will arrive and give you choices of delivery and to this day never let me down.

A great and quick way to order those yummy dishes and snacks you are missing from back home, which you can’t buy, or are hard to find in the country you have moved too. When I traveled to Amsterdam years ago, I fell in love with Chocomel, chocolate milk. I couldn’t get it anywhere in the US, so I found Dutch Expat online. I was delighted with the quick shipping and the arrival of my order safely. I re-order when my private stock of delicious Chocomel runs low.

I ordered 10 tubs of spreadable cheese that we enjoyed in Aruba while vacationing. It is unavailable in the states and I found it on this website. It was delivered in a very timely manner and well insulated. I’m not sure if there was a way that they could have put an ice pack of some sort in there as well. When it was delivered It was almost soupy. After refrigeration, it was fine. This cheese is so amazing and I am so happy that I was able to have it delivered to the states! I would definitely order it again.

Love the food from Dutch Expat Shop, I have not lived in Belgium for many years, and love been able to get the taste of home delivered here to me in the UK. Keep up the good service and stay safe.

Ik was al lang op zoek naar een site zoals deze, maar ofwel was het aanbod van producten schaars, ofwel werden ze aangeboden aan 3x de winkelprijs plus daarbovenop de leveringskosten. Ik was blij verrast toen ik zag dat de producten van de Dutch Expat Shop aan de normale winkelprijs verkocht werden, en dat ik bovendien de producten van Delhaize kon kopen, de supermarkt waar ik in België mijn boodschappen deed! Ik kon mijn geluk niet op. De leveringskosten voor Italië zijn best te doen, echt de moeite waard. Ik heb een eerste bestelling geplaatst en er zaten glazen potten bij die supergoed beschermd waren met bubbelplastic, en ik heb ook niet lang hoeven wachten. Al bij al een heel positieve ervaring. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het bestellen ging allemaal prima en daar krijg je een bevestiging voor per email met de rekening(overzicht). Jammer dat ik een formulier moest invoeren om de statis van de verzending te achterhalen. Die track en trach code kreeg ik pas nadat ik dat emailformulier had verzonden via de website. Kon ook nergens voor zo,n bedrijf een telefoonnr vinden wel een beetje slordig.
