Ik woon in Canada en het was de eerste keer dat ik online bestelde via Dutch Expat Shop . Al mijn bestellingen zaten stevig en verzorgd ingepakt :-) Als ik 1 minpuntje mag zeggen is dat ik wel een hele maand heb moeten wachten eer mijn bestelling was aangekomen . Maar dit kijk ik door de vingers , ik vermoed dat dit door de COVID komt . Ik zal zeker nog meer bestellingen doen in de toekomst :-)

Dutch Expat Shop really does an amazing job in getting products to you fast! I order my Dutch products on a regular basis and they seem to understand expats craving their home products. I live in the US and always get my orders delivered within a week! Faster than certain vendors in the US. Very happy with them and definitely recommend ordering there!

Do not use this company. Worst experience and their customer service is lacking. They cannot communicate effectively and did not share tracking information until I requested it. The package never arrived because they put the wrong address on the package even though my Profile and Account have the correct address. I am out $270 USD and no products.

Alweer super! Het bedrag voor de boodschappen die niet leverbaar waren werd een week later gewoon teruggestort. Prima service, alles goed verpakt en goed aangekomen.

I have ordered for more years then I can remember. Got correct address on invoice but wrong one on the parcel. Don’t anyone check to see these match? I only received because correct postcode. Still can’t understand why they don’t check address against invoice as invoice is inside parcel

Mijn vriendin in Marokko is dol op Nederlandse kaas en pepernoten. Dankzij Dutch Expat Shop kon ik, ondanks de Covid-19 beperkingen, Sinterklaas toch een beetje naar haar toe brengen. Snelle afhandeling en goede follow-up toen het even mis ging met de lokale koerier.

Lekkere snelle levering van dingen die ik mis uit Nederland. De saté ships was erg lekker!

Ordered food with one order and beer with other order. Food order arrived late and damaged. If you put heavy conserve bottles on unprotected chocolate of course chocolate will be damaged. For such a premium price one would expect better and more logic packaging. Beer order still did not arrive and no communication from your side whatsoever.

delivery a bit slower than I thought. And why so much mor eexpensive when compared to delivery to Italy (which is 10' by car from where I live)? It is the Slovenian post that is so expensive?

Alles is goed ingepakt. Wel rekening houden met lichte goederen on die boven op te plaatsen . De ragout aktes waren nl. Beschadigd.
