Things I’m glad about are: The products in the package (food and perfume) arrives safely and without any damage. Also, the track and trace function worked perfectly. Things that I’m unhappy about: I payed extra to get the package delivered within 4 business days but instead it took about 2 weeks. This, because the package had to stay in custom service for a long amount of time. I didn’t get updated about it by DHL so I had to reach out to the company myself. Personally I think this could go a little bit more customer friendly. Overall I would rate DHL a 3 out of 5

Dutch expat offers a large assortment of Dutch goodies for when we fancy eating something "from home". Several friends, some Dutch, but many not :-), really enjoy the odd gift of Dutch cheeses or hagelslag and vlokjes. Delivery is quick and very carefully packaged, especially where perishables are concerned.

I ordered a relatively large order of beer through Dutch Expat Shop. It was shipped in two boxes due to the weight. I received one box fine, in good condition and in a reasonable amount of time. The other box was misplaced in shipping and I still have not received it. The customer service group at Dutch Expat Shop have been completely unhelpful, requiring me to work with the shipping company to try to resolve the issue. I expected the Dutch Expat Shop team to help in some way, but they have asked me to do all the work to try to resolve this matter. That's not what I would consider good customer service.

De levering is snel en de wijze waarop het ingepakt is, is werkelijk super. Dit is ons stukje Nederland in Florida.

Dutch Expat shop’s website was easy to use. All items that I miss from the Netherlands were available. The tracking of the order worked well and the order was delivered quickly. I will definitely order from them again.

Ik heb vaker Nederlandse levensmiddelen uit Nederland besteld maar dat duurde veel langer voor ik het binnen had. Bovendien beviel mijn vorige adresje niet meer omdat zij te veel Jumbo in het assortiment hebben en wat ik ervan heb geprobeerd vond ik niet lekker. Dus op zoek naar een andere leverancier en heb jullie gevonden en ben zeer tervreden. Het assortiment is precies wat ik wil. Dus...chapeau!
