Communicatie kan beter. Een bestelling in meerdere verzendingen zou moeten worden aangekondigd, niet slechts na een verzoek om informatie. En het aanschrijven van een klant met “Hi”, is wellicht niet het meest voor de hand liggend. Kwaliteit producten is goed. Helaas werd, om mij onbekende redenen, besloten deze keer de krentenbollen en witte broodjes ingevroren te verzenden. Dit is niet voor herhaling vatbaar. De krentenbollen gereduceerd tot een soort koek kruimels, de broodjes tot een droge substantie. Bij eerdere bestellingen nooit problemen ondervonden met niet ingevroren broodjes.

Easy and reliable

Overall an okay experience, the products arrived all in one piece, packaging was excellent. Certain statements on the website were incorrect i.e. sending costs and certain items were not be able to be delivered to my country even though it was stated on the website they could. The communication about above mentioned was imo poor. I will order again and hopefully i will have an excellent experience the next time. I would and did recommend the site.

Ben tevreden over de producten, maar de levering is altijd te laat. Beetje spijtig dat de communicatie ook niet naar behoren is. Ik kan begrijpen dat door omstandigheden de levering later is, maar het zou fijn zijn als dit naar de klant gecommuniceerd zou worden.

I have been ordering goods from your company for four months and the quality and service are exellent.

Die Bestellung hat gut funktioniert. Die Ware dir nicht mehr lieferbar war wurde im nachhinein gutgeschrieben und rücküberwiesen ohne das man eingreifen musste. Immer wieder gern.

Nicely packed and sent in a timely manner

Website: technical issues Service: Not understanding the query and therefore too much unnecessary emails...when the simple request was to receive an Order confirmation including payment details. Shipping: Was send at least with one week of delay due to not understanding my query. In the end, my order was not on time.

My experience is mixed. I received my first order in about 2 weeks. Now, I've made a second order that I still haven't received in 3.5 weeks. I mean, the shop system has triggered for me too receive this Review request (it's actually the second request for this order) and I haven't even received the order. Don't buy things if you REALLY need them, bc they won't be arriving quickly.

The Royal mail delivery guy told me to look at the parcel, take pictures and refuse to accept it ( basically send it back). I took pictures and forwarded these in an email to th Dutch Expat shop, who seemed to be surprised by my actions. However they promised to repay the money into my bank account but I have been waiting over a week and not received any refund. I their advert they say that any parcel is insured for €500.00. So what's the problem with refunding me the €260.00? Although that's not the main issue, I now don't have chocolade letters and pepernoten for my family for Sinterklaas!!! It would have been so nice: a Sinterklaas like we used to celebrate at home...

This vendor is to be avoided. They do not have good customer service. I ordered HIPP DUTCH on Oct 30th, they shipped on Nov 5th - no tracking number was provided until I reached out to them. Information on tracking numbers showed the package was sent to the incorrect address - they mistyped the address even though it was correct everywhere in their system and on my invoice. I have send more than 9 e-mails and attempted to piece their responses together because they apparently do not speak or write English very well and cannot communicate effectively with customers. It is now Nov 29th and I still have no valid tracking information for the package in the US. I asked for another package to be sent and they can recall their original package so we can avoid this lengthy delay but this company is not about customer service. I have reported them to the Office of Fair Trade Practices in the local municipality and will continue to do so until they fix this issue.

They are a present and so I haven't opened them, but the three bottles of Andalous arrived from Europe to California pretty promptly, it seemed to me. Well-packed, no damage, no complaints! I would happily do business with this company again. Thank you

Everything was delivered packed very well. The frozen stuff was still frozen solid. Very pleased and will be ordering again!

Apart from the selection of chocolateletters, everything I wanted for Sinterklaas here in England was available to order and arrived exactly when it was said to be arriving. The shipping costs were very decent too, less than I expected and less than I had to pay for my chocolate letters ordered from someone else ( because I needed 9 different letters). Will definitely order from the Dutch Expat shop again!

The only problem was this: Our order was processed very late. Overall we were satisfied with the products. The online website ia easy to navigate. Thank you for the refund for one of the items that was not available at that time.
