Waarom? 16/10 betaling gedaan en nog niets ontvangen

Die Waren sind zwar durch die Lieferung sehr teuer, aber sie sind sehr frisch angekommen.

I went to several sites before placing an order. Dutch Expat is ok, and shipping is at least cheaper than the cost of the items I ordered - I have tried a few Dutch providers and they all suffer from extortionate shipping charges to the UK. Searching on the web site is a bit chaotic - even with a Dutch citizen helping I struggled - “related” items such as different chocolate letters sometimes weren’t cross linked. But my biggest gripe is with the delivery process. - I ordered several items and a couple seem to have mutated from what I thought they were supposed to send. - 1 item got cancelled several days after being ordered -that seems very disorganised since the claim was everything was in stock and I would expect “pick and ship” to happen pretty quickly - delivery took a while but I wasn’t in a hurry. Finally no mention of any “sell by” limits and I believe those are mandatory for EU sales by any channel?

May, the pricing in a durch shop ist costs 50% less, for a one Time order OK

Loved to recieve dutch food

The last order was fulfilled quickly and arrived well ahead of my expectations. It is the only source of the coffee that we love in the UK. The only regret is the fact that the list of ingredients is not always shown which makes choosing items for my wife who has to adhere to a strict diet difficult.

De bestelling was eenvoudig te plaatsen. Het heeft alleen iets langer geduurd voordat het geleverd werd, maar dit lag eerder aan de transporteur. Verder top service!

Wonderful way to shop and get the products you miss most. When the package arrives it feels like you went to AH yourself. Great and fast service!

You sent what I ordered carefully and intelligently packaged and therefore undamaged. Memories of when you sent the wrong stuff are still present in my mind, but they are beginning to dim. The range on your website has expanded to include a couple of things that, for us, were previously needed. That's two improvements. Website still a bit clunky. Z.B., Why doesn't Albert Heijn Pindakaas come up when I search for Pindakaas when it does come up when I list the Albert Heijn stuff separately and guess right about how you categorise it?
