Alle losse producten worden goed verpakt, zodat het niet kan breken tijdens vervoer. Dit is echt keurig gedaan. Ik vond het alleen wat lang duren voordat ik het pakket had en de verzendkosten zijn erg hoog.

Très mauvaise !!! J'ai commandé 10 boites de Coconut Cream Blue Elephant. Le site de Dutch Expat Shop indiquait que les 10 boites étaient disponibles pour un total de (24,90 € + taxe de 3,64 € =) 28,54 €, les frais de livraison s’élevant à 10,22 €., soit un total de 38,76 €. Étant donné que je commandais 10 boites, j'ai accepté de payer 10,22 € à titre de frais de livraison. Au final, 1 seule boite m'a été livrée. Le prix des 9 boites non livrées m'a été remboursé, mais pas les frais de livraison, ce qui fait que mon unique boite de crème de coco me revenait à 2,85 € + 10,22 € = 13,07 € !!! pour une boîte que j'achetais chez mon commerçant local à 1,59 € !!!! J'ai demandé un remboursement proportionnel des frais de livraison : refus catégorique. Dutch Expat Shop m'a demandé de renvoyer l'unique boîte livrée pour me rembourser le coût total de la commande. Donc, j'aurais dû en plus me déplacer à la Poste pour renvoyer à mes frais la seule boîte livrée : ça m'aurait coûté aussi cher et en plus j'aurais perdu au moins 1 heure ... Je suis donc très mécontente et considère que Dutch Expat Shop n'est pas fiable et pas honnête!!! A fuir

Being an expat for over 30 years it was a pleasure to be able to taste some of the food I used to eat in those days. It was very easy to order and no problems with customs. Received the order a few days later and shipping charges are reasonable.

Niet te duur, gigantische keuze, alles wordt zorgvuldig verpakt dus er gaat nooit iets stuk. En snel geleverd!

Verpakking was excellent ! Enkel negatief punt was dat de bestelling een week later aankwam dan verwacht en ik zelf moest opvolgen. Ik kreeg een bericht van jullie dat er vertraging was maar geen nieuwe datum van aankomst. Dit was geen ramp maar ik vond het toch niet professioneel.

Jammer wij kan niet de bestelling ophalen. Ik woon dicht 15km en moet €7 verzendkosten betalen.

I ordered your product for my dutch mother who is ailing at 83. I wondered what in the world would bring a small pleasure to her life while mending. I knew the one thing that would do it, it was the taste of home for her, however I was unsure how to make it happen. I had tried for over 20 years to figure out how to get this product to Canada, and one evening I was on the computer and found myself placing an order. Was this even possible to bring this type of product into Canada simply with an email order? Still, I really wasn't sure if it was possible but I paid and all the correspondence was leading to the idea that this miracle may come true, I was so very pleased within a week there were 12 bottles incredibly packaged and in perfect order. I was so excited to visit her the next day, like a child waiting for mother to open her birthday present. I wouldn't tell her what she was about to taste in her hospital bed, I asked her to trust me as she does. What is it? what is it? she asked three or four times and then her smiled arrived and she asked how did you make that happen? I replied "It was the Dutch Expat store". That's amazing she said, I never thought I would have that pleasure again. Thank you!!! Thank you to everyone on your team, It may feel like you are just packing boxes but in our case you are larger than Saint Nicolas with the biggest gift possible. P.S.
