I have been a customer for years. It has greatly improved with sending to the U.K. and cheaper. Disappointed though that frozen foods can not longer be send. Other then that it’s fine

Levering in Nederland! Tijd tussen bestelling plaatsen en levering is dan wel erg lang. Daardoor was mijn verjaardagverrassing te laat.

Ondanks belofte: Veel geld betaald om extra versnelde levering maar helaas. Dit blijkt zinloos. DHL zit nu al meer dan een week te pingpongen en krijgt alleen maar vage berichtjes uit de Philipijnen met de vraag "wat zit er eigenlijk in het pakket"? Terwijl de pakbon toch duidelijk is. Ik hoop dat Dutch Expat hier iets kan betekenen.

Generally excellent but last order rapped poorly had smashed bottle of ketchup manias dripping all over my desk as had leaked through box and had been put on my desk by a member of staff. The Dutch post office cheep on rapping or whoever rapped it up

I have been ordering from the Dutch Expat Shop for years, and the service has been wonderful throughout. Not one problem. I've always received exactly what I ordered, and the quality is excellent. My last order arrived faster than many orders I've made within the US.

Very easy to order and quick delivery

Unable to go back to my country, I bought food stuff I was missing. I used them 3 times and was never disappointed. Broad range of products. The parcel is extremely well packed. Now no worries if homesick... at least for my comfort food !
