Na navraag kreeg ik mijn verzendcode en kon ik heb pakket volgen, maar het verpakken duurde langer dan de beloofde 1-3 werkdagen.

Als nieuwe klant heb ik een bestelling gedaan en eerst gevraagd naar de leertijd. 2-3 weken was het antwoord. Bestelling kwam pas na bijna 6 weken en op dat moment was helaas niemand thuis. Er was ook geen melding gedaan wanneer geleverd zou worden. Volgende dag heeft huisgenote zich gemeld bij de douane van ons land, Thailand. Het pakje werd niet afgeleverd omdat het genoteerd stond op mijn naam. Ik ben nu helaas tot 1 oktober in Nederland. Op mijn schriftelijk verzoek om dit probleem op te lossen komt al een hele dag gewoon geen antwoord. Bellen is onmogelijk omdat tel. nummer afgeschermd is. Dit vind ik al een heel slechte zaak. Het ziet er nu dus naar uit dat het pakket niet in ontvangst genomen kan worden door geen voorlichting en geen interesse om mijn email te beantwoorden. Dag geld!!!!! Een heel slechte ervaring en oproep aan klanten om u eerst te bezinnen voordat u met dit bedrijf in zee gaat.

Mijn ervaring is snel en goed.

In general (1) delivery time very variable, but till now they always arrived in the end, (2) Packaging very carefully done. Good. (3) Last time I ordered 2000 g of coffee beans you sent 250 g of ground coffee but charged me for the beans as ordered. Not good. (4) You charge very high proces so I expect perfection. You do not provide perfection. But you seem till now to have mastered the nausea of the English border bureaucrats better than many, so probably I will still come back from time to time. But coffee beans ... I get from someone else! Be well

First time if ordering and very impressed. The website can be a bit laborious to navigate but the dispatch time was excellent, postage costs were reasonable and I will use again.

This was our second order of a whole (14kg) cheese to be sent to Malaysia. We received it here in less than 2 weeks. The cheese was very well packaged and is it top quality!

Een fles had de lange reis niet overleefd maar het lag niet aan de webwinkel.

Keus: veelvoudig, afwickeling: makkelijk, versand: snel. Maar: een punt afgetrokken voor veel te hoge versendkosten tot in Zwitserland, deshalb heb ik maar tot de grens laten leveren. een punt afgetrokken omdat een produkt - een groot glas appelmoes is ondicht aangekomen - niet heel aangekomen is. De verpakking was helemaal in orde en ook voldoende, de deuk in het deksel moet al voor vertrek voorhanden geweest zijn en onderweg is het deksel opengegaan. Die deuk was goed zichtbaar en had moeten gemerkt worden zijn.
