Zoals gewoonlijk goede varen. Nu gelukkig snel geleverd. Mobiel telefoonnummer op adresetiket versnelde en vereenvoudigde halen in noorwegen enorm.

Quick and professional service, good quality at a reasonable cost.

There is a good selection of Dutch food. I found everything I wanted. Delivery options to the UK were good and I could track my parcel. The Gouda cheese arrived in perfect condition. I paid for the cool pack in the parcel.

An item on my order was not delivered, even though it was clearly on the pick list. When the mistake was highlighted , rather than honour the order you cancelled and refunded with no explanation. Not even a sorry email, nothing, nada.

Deze keer was de zending iets minder goed geregeld dan normaal. (Eerdere zendingen waren helemaal perfect!) Er zijn wat items stuk gegaan en de chips zijn niet helemaal goed overgekomen. Maar de service is top en heel fijn om te weten dat als zoiets gebeurd en zo goed mogelijk en snel wordt opgelost!

Heel fijn om persoonlijk contact te hebben met een aardige medewerker die altijd snel reageert op vragen. Producten binnen 3 dagen in huis in Zuid Frankrijk. Top!!

Snelle hulp , Alles goed verzorgd verzonden. Jammer is, dat het hier in zweden niet aan de deur komt. Het ophalen duurt helaas zijn tijd.

Mijn bestelling werd op de afgesproken datum bezorgd.Heel goed omdat ik op de Filipijnen woon.Alles was goed verpakt heeft de reis goed overleeft.Alleen de 2 chocolade repen waren niet verpakt daar door aardig verkreukeld.

Mijn pakje zou bezorgd worden op 29 september. Het staat nog steeds bij de FDA om in te klaren. Afgelopen vrijdag jullie nog ge-emailed hierover zou nog wel wat langer kunnen duren. Erg teleurgesteld hopelijk is die niet de norm voor jullie bedrijf.

The parcel arrived very quickly (to the UK), and was really well packaged. Other companies in previous years have delivered broken chocolate letters :(. My only tiny reservation was that I couldn't find a scale of p&p-the costs dropped as I added to the order, but I've no idea if it would have dropped more if I added more.

Very easy to use site, the sides were a little damaged and cracked 2 x chocolate flakes but luckily packed in like products. The sides could do with a little more padding.

I always have wonderful, timely service with the Dutch Expat Shop. I lived in Holland for only a year, but there are some food items I crave from there, and whenever that happens, this is the place I go!

It was my first order from the Dutch expat shop. I have ordered 3 packs of iodized potassium salt and a few days after I received a very well protected box containing 3 cans of Amsterdam croquetten. I did not understand because I had asked that in the absence of the requested products, I receive a refund and not a similar product. And here it was not a similar product. In addition, I am a vegetarian. I thought it was a kind of **** where I was given a product that was difficult to sell rather than reimbursed me. And it was difficult for me to prove that I did not receive the correct products since I did not open the package in front of the delivery person! I took a photo and sent a rather harsh email to express my final dissatisfaction. I had definitely turned the page of the Dutch expat shop in my head. I did not expect it but I received the next day, a Saturday, a response from the manager of the Dutch expat shop who recognized the error and promised me the shipment of the ordered products the following Monday. And I actually received the package with the ordered items (ioded potassium salt) very well packaged. And also he said to me that I could keep the Amsterdam croquetten. I don't know where came the mistake but a mistake is always possible. To be able to recognise his mistake and to resolve it is a fair behaviour.

Ordered Dutch products to the USA. Easy to navigate the website and to order. Very speedy delivery! They even included extra products in the package as a thank you. What a terrific company and excellent customer service! Will definitely order again! Highly recommend for all your Dutch food craving needs!

En cherchant a faire venir en France des croquettes de crevettes, je tombe par hasard sur ce site et je découvre la possibilité d'envoyer des produits surgelés en France. Je n'y croyait pas trop pensant que les produits allaient arriver décongelés. Quelle surprise!! Produits soigneusement emballés individuellement dans une poche en plastique et placés dans un box en polystyrène rempli de petites cubes de glaces pour assurer le froid pendant le voyage. Le tout emballé dans un carton épais a deux niveaux car j'avais commandé des produits non surgelés. Ma commande est arrivée a destination en très bon état et je suis heureuse de pouvoir manger à volonté des croquettes de crevettes. Dutch Expat Shop ..Bravo! surtout continuez! MERCI!
