Easy and efficient website to order from, excellent customer service and my goods arrived very quickly. A great and quick way to order those yummy dishes and snacks you are missing from back home, which you can’t buy, or are hard to find in the country you have moved too. My orders always come in super quick time and are well packaged. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. I will also continue to order from them again. Definitely 5 STARS!!!

When I traveled to Amsterdam years ago, I fell in love with Chocomel, chocolate milk. I couldn’t get it anywhere in the US, so I found Dutch Expat online. I was delighted with the quick shipping and the arrival of my order safely. I re-order when my private stock of delicious Chocomel runs low.

I ordered 10 tubs of spreadable cheese that we enjoyed in Aruba while vacationing. It is unavailable in the states and I found it on this website. It was delivered in a very timely manner and well insulated. I’m not sure if there was a way that they could have put an ice pack of some sort in there as well. When it was delivered It was almost soupy. After refrigeration, it was fine. This cheese is so amazing and I am so happy that I was able to have it delivered to the states! I would definitely order it again.

Love the food from Dutch Expat Shop, I have not lived in Belgium for many years, and love been able to get the taste of home delivered here to me in the UK. Keep up the good service and stay safe.

Ik was al lang op zoek naar een site zoals deze, maar ofwel was het aanbod van producten schaars, ofwel werden ze aangeboden aan 3x de winkelprijs plus daarbovenop de leveringskosten. Ik was blij verrast toen ik zag dat de producten van de Dutch Expat Shop aan de normale winkelprijs verkocht werden, en dat ik bovendien de producten van Delhaize kon kopen, de supermarkt waar ik in België mijn boodschappen deed! Ik kon mijn geluk niet op. De leveringskosten voor Italië zijn best te doen, echt de moeite waard. Ik heb een eerste bestelling geplaatst en er zaten glazen potten bij die supergoed beschermd waren met bubbelplastic, en ik heb ook niet lang hoeven wachten. Al bij al een heel positieve ervaring. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het bestellen ging allemaal prima en daar krijg je een bevestiging voor per email met de rekening(overzicht). Jammer dat ik een formulier moest invoeren om de statis van de verzending te achterhalen. Die track en trach code kreeg ik pas nadat ik dat emailformulier had verzonden via de website. Kon ook nergens voor zo,n bedrijf een telefoonnr vinden wel een beetje slordig.

Es hat alles gut geklappt, aber das dicke Styropor im Karton hat mich gestört - inzwischen gibt es umweltfreundliche Alternativen.

We ordered a mixture of frozen food and no frozen food all got delivered in good condition well packed and organised.

I am happy that our frozen items have arrived frozen even they were on their way 4 days. :) The only this I do miss is the communication of the shipping. After some days of the order I have just received a message from the shipping company that my package has been shipped and when they are planning to deliver it. But I have not received any notification from the store letting me know when are they planning to ship, how long does it take. It would be great to receive a little bit more communication diretly from the store. Otherwise I am very happy with the products, with the packing and with the shipping! Thank you!

Had to actually convince the seller to check up on the delivery for me - they kept pushing back, asking me to check with the (wrong!) delivery company on this end, etc. A bit weird all around, will try another seller next time.

De eerste levering die ik had met een kleine hoeveelheid koelartikelen was top. Maar deze 2de levering was een totale teleurstelling. Er was geen ijs in de koelbox. Heb garnalen moeten weg gooien ( tot mijn grote soijt want ik keek er zooooo naar uit) en er was een grote bokaal met bolognese saus gebroken..... Nadat ik deze feedback gaf , kreeg ik het zooooo helpvolle antwoord: "What a pitty that you did not contact us otherwise we could solve the problem."

Producten perfect, maar vraag me af, waarom er 1 week zit tussen bestellen en verzenden. Verder krijg ik nooit een track en trace, wat nogal belangrijk is bij bevroren producten

I mostly order frozen food, which a lot of other companies do not offer, due to the risks involved. Dutch expat dispatches orders once a week, on Monday. They use special ice and packaging, at a surcharge. Last time it arrived in only a few days, from Holland all the way to the south of Spain. In perfect condition. So thats worth a mention!

I had a great experience ordering from this company. I received all of my items I had requested, and in great condition. Nothing was smashed or damaged, and shipping was great (faster than I expected). I only take off one star for the expensive shipping. Granted, I was shipping to the U.S., but it was still pretty expensive. Overall, great experience and I would use this company again.

I placed my order and requested expedited service. The package came promptly and was without any damage.

de eerste maal besteld levring vrij goed geen problemen wil mijn volgende bestelling doen vanuit de UK of noem het VK noga bolle ,paar maal een e-mail gestuurd over het hoe en waarom geen quota te verkrijgen is maar geen antwoord, ik weet ben niet de enige klant maar een antwoordje kort zou handig zijn

Aantal producten niet geleverd gekregen. Een aantal van te voren aangegeven dat ze niet op voorraad waren en geld terug gekregen. Maar een ander deel niet geleverd en niet terug gestort gekregen

Alles kwam stipt op tijd, had een credit note maar nog steeds niet terug op mijn rekening, graag even checken
