Once again many thanks for my recent delivery. There is a good range of various products and the customer service and the delivery updates as always very good and prompt. As I am unable to travel to The Netherlands at the moment it is great to have this service available to enjoy my favourite dutch delights. A big thank you to all and another order will be going in at the end of the month in time for Sinterklaas!

Fast delivery

Wanting to introduce an American friend to some Dutch delicacies, I decided to give the Dutch Expat Shop a go. I was not disappointed. I could find all the items I wanted to find and the whole process was very easy. The only drawback was the mobile experience. I had to switch to tablet/pc to order properly since the website did not respond well to the small mobile screen. It's a minor inconvenience but, since I use my phone for most things, an important one. The products were collected and shipped swiftly. Overall I'd say the experience was satisfactory.

I’m surprised you’d send me an email asking to review when I’ve sent an inquiry into your “contact us” link on your website two times begging you to let me know when it will arrive so I can make arrangements because I will soon be out of formula for my baby and I haven’t gotten my order yet. It’ll be three weeks tomorrow since I placed the order and it’s only ever taken a maximum of 10 days to arrive in the US from the Netherlands. I order early to make sure I give it plenty of time to arrive, but I’m running out of time now and still no response from you regarding an update. I received a shipping number/order number, but never a tracking ID so as far as I know it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Either way, terrible customer service for parents who need formula for their baby’s survival. Will update when and if they even respond to my inquiry.
