It was a just in time experience

The impression remains that they have to much stuff on their minds to execute on decent worry free follow up. But they are the only player in the field. Apparent they know that and it shows.

Dear Felix, The service we provided is an additional service. We shipped products from a webshop that only delivers within the Netherlands to you abroad. As you yourself indicated, we did what was expected of this service. Even though your name wasn't on the package itself. Unfortunately, I don't fully understand your review. I never received the food.

I do not know what is going on but I never got my food. Can you look into this. I was looking forward to this because I love Brinta and I did not get it. Yvonne Bernstein.

Didn’t ship on time

I paid for next day shipping ($50+) because I I as traveling and needed this and the product didn’t leave their warehouse 4 days later- I asked them to refund and they said reach out to the carrier. Very frustrating and wasted my $.

Hi Casey, Thank you for your review. I completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery time. However, I’d like to clarify that there was no delay with our processing time. Your order was submitted on a Friday afternoon and began shipping on Monday. As stated on our website, our business operates Monday to Friday, and we have a processing time of up to three business days before shipping begins. Your order was processed well within this timeframe. It appears that the delay occurred with the DHL Express delivery. We would be more than happy to submit a claim for the shipping costs on your behalf if you would like us to do so.
