Zeer grote grote keuze en wat ik miste hebben ze op verzoek toegevoegd. Super service. Enige minpuntje is dat het pakket beschadigd was bij aankomst ondanks duidelijke stickers: breekbaar, maar dit is de vervoerder.

My order arrived on time and was as described

Service is good However my package arrived with items wrapped individually in bubble wrap, then in in plastic bags, then in styrofoam, in a box wrapped in plastic. In this day and age not reason why biodegradable packaging could not have been used.

I had specifically ticked a box saying that I'd prefer to be refunded rather than getting a different product in case of unavailability, and yet I received another product than what I ordered, and when I asked for a refund, I was answered that I should send the item back at my own expense, so not satisfactory at all

Mijn bestelling was in slechte toestand aangekomen en ik vermiste een aantal artikelen. Meteen een e-mail gestuurd naar Dutch Expat en kreeg meteen antwoord en de vermiste artikelen werden meteen opgestuurd. Ik ben heel blij met Dutch Expat.

I ordered bread flour from the Dutch expat shop as I live in France. I work in Belgium, and usually buy all my groceries from Delhaize before I head home to France. Unfortunately I have been ill and ran out of the bread flour. The Dutch expat shop had the brand that I use, and shipped it to me as fast as possible. I was so impressed with their service. I placed my order and thought it would take a while with us being in South Africa. Well I received my parcel this morning. Thank you soooo soooo much for the excellent service. We used to have Liga biscuits every morning for breakfast and then it went off the market and no longer available to us. I wanted my sons to experience the taste so was thrilled to be able to order from you. I’m just now waiting for my credit on my credit card for my previous order which was made in error then my total experience would be excellent!!! Thank you again, all the way from South Africa !!!! Na 3 jaar meerdere bestellingen te hebben geplaatst, en waarschijnlijk mijn laatste bestelling deze keer, kan niet zeggen dat ik nog gelukkig ben met de service ivm frozen food. 1 bestelling dat best in 1 doos kon, in 2 dozen. 1 doos komt toe na 3 dagen, de andere na meer dan 7 dagen. Alles bedorven in 2de doos. 75 euro weggegooid. Geen rekening met zaterdag levering, maandag was Bank holiday in UK, moet ik blijkbaar zelf rekening mee houden. Ook met het feit dat ik geen controle heb op verstuurdatum of verzendwijze, terwijl het koelpakket + verzendingskosten gemakkelijk 37 euro kost. Is op eigen risico, terwijl dat risico alleen maar groter is geworden door redenen hierboven. Eigen risico, klant heeft niks te zeggen hoe of wat. Kon best vermeden worden.
