Quick delivery and everything was there what i orderd

I normally am very happy but this time several of the items were damaged in transit. I notified the company immediately but felt I was being ‘brushed off’ in the responses I received. I know that when I order fresh bread there is a risk that the delivery will take a long time and the bread is not going to be at its freshest when it arrives. I’ve ordered it many times and there have been the odd occasion when the bread has already been mouldy when it’s delivered. My risk and one I’m prepared to take because we miss the Dutch bread we enjoyed living in the NL for more than 30 years. When I ‘complained’ I wasn’t commenting on the freshness of the bread but the dented cans and smashed loaf in this delivery. The bread was actually very fresh on arrival this time. Anyway, because of the poor packaging that led to damaged goods and the responses I got, I have given a 3 instead of a 5.

When I placed my order I paid for DHL shipping which at the time was a more expensive and quicker option but they ended shipping my order via PostNl and it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order.

Inmiddels al vaker besteld, fijn dat er van verschillende winkels zijn. Breed assortiment. Goed verpakt en snel verzonden.

Great selection of products, good communication on dispatch and quick delivery.

I had issues with shipping once it got past customs which is no fault of Dutch expat but they were great at helping me find out where it was with USPS (when USPS was not helpful at all) they responded to my many emails very quickly. They shipped my order fast and dealt with customs so I didn’t have to. Thank you!

Having lived in the Netherlands for 20 plus years,there were certain things I missed when returning to the UK. Dutch Expat Shop covers all these areas and I find the service excellent. Despite the doom and gloom claims of Brexit my orders are being delivered within 1 week of ordering and 3-5 days of notification of dispatch.

I emailed twice with questions about tracking and shipping. Both were answered quickly and the products came unharmed in two weeks just you said they would. Thanks!

Bezorging snel en zorgvuldig. Als zich een probleem voordoet wordt het netjes en accuraat opgelost en/of afgehandeld. Wij zijn heel blij dat we expat shop ontdekt hebben, wonen 23 jaar in Frankrijk en kwamen elk jaar in Nederland speciaal voor inkopen, sinds 2019 lukt dat niet meer, we kunnen nu toch ons kroketje e.d. eten. correcte afwikkeling en levering van de gekochte producten ook in het buitenland , prima

Uitgebreid assortiment met redelijk snelle levering. Klantenservice zeer snel en vriendelijk (per email). Perfecte verpakking. Wel vrij duur maar zeer voordelig met verzendkosten bij wat grotere bestellingen.
