Recently I placed an order for a friend, but when he saw the shipping costs he asked me to cancel the order. I immediately sent an email to Dutch Expat asking them to cancel the order. After no response, I sent 2 more emails. My emails were ignored & the order was shipped a week later. Then I placed a separate order which included 3 jars of rolmops. When I received the order I had to throw away the fish because it was rotten & pulverized. I have placed several orders with Dutch Expat & have always had great service, but now that seems to have changed.

So I placed an order with them and even choose their express shipping,there website also said that for express takes 2-3 business days and then it ended up takes more than a week,then I did message the seller and then they keep on telling me that they are gonna shipped the product today,then there’s tomorrow then she finally said it was being shipped but they do t give no tracking number.customer service is horrible.I wouldn’t choose this shop ever again

I have been a customer for years. It has greatly improved with sending to the U.K. and cheaper. Disappointed though that frozen foods can not longer be send. Other then that it’s fine

Levering in Nederland! Tijd tussen bestelling plaatsen en levering is dan wel erg lang. Daardoor was mijn verjaardagverrassing te laat.

Heb 2 dozen bij U besteld, nog niet ontvangen, maar de accuraatheid, alleen maar complimenten, ik woon in de Filippijnen, beide dozen waren binnen een week in de Filippijnen, maar dan duurt het nog 2 a 3 weken, voor ik ze heb. zie er naar uit ze te ontvangen. m. vr. gr. Hendrik Loonstra

Great items, ease of use, fast shipping, everything is well wrapped for safety. Even ordered bread came a little squished but great item. My to go Dutch store. I rarely need to shop else where as they carry just about everything
