Very speedy delivery of quality Old Amsterdam cheese to Malaysia!

This was our second order of a whole (14kg) cheese to be sent to Malaysia. We received it here in less than 2 weeks. The cheese was very well packaged and is it top quality!

Keus: veelvoudig, afwickeling: makkelijk, versand: snel. Maar: een punt afgetrokken voor veel te hoge versendkosten tot in Zwitserland, deshalb heb ik maar tot de grens laten leveren. een punt afgetrokken omdat een produkt - een groot glas appelmoes is ondicht aangekomen - niet heel aangekomen is. De verpakking was helemaal in orde en ook voldoende, de deuk in het deksel moet al voor vertrek voorhanden geweest zijn en onderweg is het deksel opengegaan. Die deuk was goed zichtbaar en had moeten gemerkt worden zijn.

Hi , I have placed 2 orders with you . The first one didn't have any cool elements in it. and the second the person delivering my package didn't find my address. Then I contacted Dutch Expat shop , and they were kind enough to help me . They did everything they could to fix the problem . Thank you for the good service .

very bad

first time i orde gray shrimp , they where nicely packed . In a special box that i bought with cooling elements . Now i also buy the box but there was no cooling elements in , whzn my shrimps where here i could troy them away . All the jars with herbs were just packed normaly ,not with th special bubbels plastic . All where open and the herbs out . Then the next packet with buddy herring delivered by the same people Seur . You also have to pay for it , and they send a message adress not found . That was all about it, never made it . Linda

quick delivery and everthing neatly packed

Since moving abroad ive ordered a few times now via Dutch expat shop. Its really nice to get products that arent available here in the shops. the items are individually wrapped to prevent damage during travel which shows great care.

Frustrating

Hello I loved the website setup and the easy ordering part the only huge problem I have is I ordered on July 12 it's now August 3rd I still don't have my formula and everytime I send an email they reply with its in US customs and will be delivered this week well that week came and went and nothing and the shipping information has not been updated since July 17 so who knows where my formula is sitting in this hot hundred degree weather who knows if it will still be fit to use by the time it ever arrives it will be cooked!

Poor costumer service

Order took more then 3 weeks to arrive when I paid 3-5 dhl shipping the most expensive one, arrived with another carrier and baby milk cans arrived all dent.
