Alle eersere bestellingen werden zeer vlot geleverd. Deze keer was een artikel niet op voorraad en gebeurde er een week niets. De afwezigheid van dit artikel had wel teruggemeld mogen worden. De bezorging van de spullen was een totale puinhoop. PostNL heeft het pakket in een verkeerde straat bezorgd, en dan nog op het verkeerde huisnummer en mij wel een mail gestuurd dat het bij mijnburen bezorgd was. Gelukkig hebben de mensen, waar het pakket terecht gekomen was, het pakket een dag later bij mij afgeleverd. Als ik jullie was zou ik hierover klagen. Ik heb dit ook aan jullie klantenservice gemaild

I order big numbers of things like around 10 boxes of one specific chocolate forvexample and I live in a different continent. They sent me products that expire in 3 months. I make huge orders of $400 that should last a year since I pay $80 just for shipping and they do this to me. Then I email them and they don't seem to care.

We were very pleased at how quickly our chocolate arrived and how well it was packaged. Well done!

I like the product, but I feel disappointed because I paid 12 Euros for a thermo box and It was only a paper box with some styrofoam on the bottom of the box. If you are going to charge for something you should deliver it. The cheese is really good and I would like to buy again, but I don’t want to feel cheated. Tks

I ordered a product that I absolutely love and cannot get in Canada. But the moment I got my confirmation email I realized I ordered the wrong type. Customer service was quick to respond to my email, solved the problem and sent the product to me so quick. Couldn’t be happier

I finally received my shipment though with all the complications and confusion over the new U.S. tariffs it was touch and go and they did their best to expedite the procedure..though, I recently received an invoice from FedEx for the tariff payment…U.S. customers beware.. I would definitely order again if these tariffs are eased as it was a pleasure dealing with this company..

Klein probleempje maar snel en efficiënt opgelost.

They said it too 3 working days too gather, it took 10 days too gather, i mentioned, if something is not available, just sem nd a refund,, than my tracking said 15 days, but i received it in 8 days? tracking and reality, are not synchrone. I ordered sausage 2 in a packed, only 1 in a packed, total 2 packets, i have send the pictures and claimed, but no refund yet, slow answeres, i bottle plastic was open and due too air plane, thats understandable, but no refund yet. regards Hendrik Loonstra, a customer for years, but service is not what it use too be.

The most important aspect of my first purchase and experience is the fact that the butter arrived in one piece. I didn't understand why they would send the four packages of butter in a Styrofoam box, which could fit 10 times as much. I now have a box I bought that's useless... It doesn't fit in my refrigerator or my bag... Next time, PLEASE CHOOSE A BOX OF THE SIZE NEEDED FOR THE ORDER! Thank you for understanding. Best regards J Cabaça

I placed an order for Hotcemel sachets (annoyingly not available to buy in UK!). The whole process was very easy and the goods were dispatched very quickly. Received in good order and promptly. Great all round service!

Nederlandse goederen snel geleverd in het buitenland, goed ingepakt en tegen eeen redelijke prijs. In een woord prima.

Zeer goed verpakte bokaaltjes. Mogelijke breuk is praktisch uitgesloten. 1 potje van 1 soort was verkeerd. Verpakkingen en tickets zien er bijna gelijk uit en op het hoge aantal bestelde items is een menselijke fout zeker mogelijk.
