Ik ben blij met de service van Dutch Expat Shop. Vooral nu in deze pandemie tijd er geen bezoekers kunnen komen en wat dingetjes kunnen meenemen in hun koffer. Zeer goede service en levering duurt niet al te lang.

We just got our bi-annual shipment in and we are happy again. Not being able to go back home we obviously miss our friends and family, but we really really miss our Dutch food. We love Dutch Expat Shop where we can shop at the Appie, the Jumbo etc. We also had 2 crisp bags that did not make it in tact and the customer service is amazing and really efficient. A happy customer

I bought a total of 18 beer bottles. The price was. Very reasonable but shipping to my country was high. However, once I’ve seen the rapidity of the service and the quality of the packaging, I understood that it was worth it! All bottles are individually bubble wrapped. I strongly recommend!

Heb 17 wicky framboos besteld , maar pakket niet aangekomen, pakket beschadigd en nu kan ik er nog maar 2 krijgen, uitverkocht :(

Quick and right

De bestelde goederen kwamen sneller dan ik verwacht had. alles stond keurig op droog ijs, en was nog diep bevroren. De ijsbox heeft nog twee dagen droog ijs bevat, en dat in de volle zon. Helaas zijn alle kroketten al op, dus gaan we opnieuw bestllen.

Bought Biotex which I can not get in UK now. Slightly different smell to the unavailable UK version but works just as well.

Alles was separat ingepakt in bubbelplastik en ekstra zakken eromheen. Ik had wat sausen in glas, en ook lange stukken kroepoek, helemaal heel aangekomen. Het is voor mij wel wat duur om dit iedere week te doen maar 1 of 2 x keer per jaar bijvoorbeeld met kerst, toch een beetje thuisgevoelen.

my first experience with dutch expat shop was wonderful and a breeze. Received my package in no time with great tracking and communication with DHL. second time around my bigger order was sent with PostNL which looks like an absolute fraud. No contact info on website, no tracking update in 3 weeks WHATSOEVER. hasn’t even left Netherlands in 3 weeks. When i kindly, patiently, and repeatedly contact Dutch expat shop, i’m told the same thing to be patient with no other help or updates which Postnl says contact sender for information on your package. How can I continue to stay patient when my last update was July 5 in netherlands and it hasn’t even shipped or updated ever since, and it is now July 25. I am now doubting if the package was even sent. It was $600+ worth of baby formula. The postnl shipping tracking website looks faux and a fraud.

I have purchased twice from Dutch Expat Shop for Dutch and Belgian beers sent to the UK and every time it has been an excellent experience. Simple to use website, good prices, easy checkout, quick shipping and great follow up customer service. I highly recommend them. Christian

I paid for DHL Express shipping service and not PostNL

ive really enjoyed being able to have these Dutch products sent to me all the way over to Australia. Whenever we stay in the Netherlands I get to have them and I miss them when we come back. The only disappointing aspect is when I find after I place my order that some products are unavailable. The cost of shipping is very big so i have to wait many months before I can order again.

Zending werd niet bezorgd, meerdere malen gevraagd of Dutch expat kon helpen, regel het zelf maar was het antwoord. Ook diverse mails gestuurd voor hulp! Onfatsoenlijke antwoorden gekregen van medewerker Mark Nooijers!

I was very disapointed. I have been looking for a while for Orange Breezer and i finally find it on your site. I order 5 of 4 bottles. I pay á lot for DHL Quick delivery. This was quite expensive. Then i start waiting. Then about 10 days later í see it has not still been sent. Why do í pay á lot for quick delivery and then you take forever to send the order. Then to make matters worse í only got 4 of 4 but i still paid for 5 of 4 price for dilivery and costoms at my contry. Paying me back for 4 bottles is just not good enough when i pay for delivery and costoms for the bottles í did not get. I am very disapointed with this servise. Sorry to say í would not recomend.
