De boodschappen in Dutchbat expat shop worden echt heel keurig thuisbezorgd. Mijn probleem is een beetje dat de prijzen wel heel erg ver boven de Nederlandse winkelprijzen liggen, terwijl we de transportkosten apart betalen. Ik woon in Spanje, en kan veel van de goederen veel goedkoper in Spaanse online winkels. Helaas hebben die veel minder keus, en blijf ik sommige goederen bestellen bij Dutchbat expat, maar doe het wel een beetje met pijn in mijn hart. Sommige prijzen (bijvoorbeeld blikken soep, Conimex spullen, en veel andere artikelen liggen vaak tussen de 60 en 100% hoger dan de normale prijs die je bij Albert Hein of Jumbo betaalt.

I ordered the Brouwerij 't IJ Kadoosje beer gift pack which was supposed to contain 6 types of beers in a gift box. I assume this wasn't available as I received repeats of 2 of the beers (so 6 beers but only 4 types) and they were individually wrapped instead of in a gift box. This was fine but I wasn't informed this would be the case and didn't get given an option to cancel the order. Despite this my boyfriend loved the gift as this brewery isn't available in the UK! Postage almost as much as the beers! But this is Brexits fault

I .bought douwe egberts instant coffee , but I would like Dutch expo to exhibit much more as there are only rich aroma and gold , but there is no pure I d’élite ce which is the best .

Delivery to mauritius was made within 3 weeks which I think is reasonable. And my fragile product was handled very well. No mishap happened. So keep it up and thank you for shipping to mauritius.

Overall very good experience. The website was easy to navigate and the product listing is extensive. A pity not all products can ship to my location but I understand the constraints.

Heb altijd heimwee naar de lekkernijen die ik hier niet kan krijgen, wel in Nederland. Nu reizen moeilijk is, heb ik weer mijn toevlucht genomen tot de Dutch Expat Shop. I like Dutch beer and have ordered several brands. The shipping costs are a bit high, but they arrive within 10 days to a month at the latest. I would love to see them carry Schultenbrau as well.

Mijn favoriete online winkel voor Belgische produkten. Onlangs de diepvriesprodukten geprobeert en die komen perfect toe. Customer service is altijd efficient om problemen op te lossen. Te verbeteren: snelheid van de website, en betere update van verwachte leverdatum.

I’ve ordered products from Dutch Expat Shop over the last 5 years or so. I live in France and some dutch products are missing in the shops over here.. Dutch Expat shop fills the gap for me. I even ordered a couple of shipments for a friend of mine in New Zealand, no issues with delivery. Good job!

One of the few things that we missed from our native countries Belgium and the Netherlands was the food. With the Dutch Expat Shop, we never have to miss it again! The prices of the food and the transport costs are fair, which normally is not the case with such companies. I am definitely a returning customer! Thanks a lot to the shop!

Al meerdere malen besteld bij D.E.S. Alles wordt zorgvuldig verpakt, en komt goed aan. Als er al oponthoud is, komt dit altijd door de douane bij ons. Van harte aanbevolen, en ik blijf er bestellen.
