Ik zoek de artikelen uit,vul mijn gegevens in,betaal,en daarna wordt het pakket verzonden,het komt binnen een week aan,keurig verpakt in bubbeltjesplastic,niets is beschadigd. Ik vind het een hele fijne webshop waar je veel Nederlandse produkten kunt kopen!! Service dus prima!

It was easy to make a selection on their website. The ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery a few days later was on time. Well done. And by the way the goodies I ordered are DELICIOUS!

Goed verpakt, verzendkosten prijzig maar dat is begrijpelijk.

I would have given a 5star review but for delay in delivery however I would definitely use the shop again and recommend them . The product they sourced for me used to be available in the uk from Waitrose but is no longer made here which sums up the state of our country !!!

Duurde wel wat langer de levering, Geen Overtoom, dat is niet erg maar laat eerder weten waar je aan toe bent! Opbouwend puntje verder alles goed.

The delivery was on time and the product was carefully wrapped and shipped to arrive in excellent condition ready to use.

In my case, ordering 12 packages of Lu biscuits on 25th August, Dutch Expat Shop withdrew on 29th August WITHOUT sending a mail with shipping info. A week after, without any communication from the shop, I prompted my bank to cancel the credit card transaction. First then, Dutch Expat Shop responded, saying sorry for the delay and promissing to send the goods on 9th September at the latest. The goods were not shipped untill 11th September. I wonder if anything had happened, if I hadn't prompt my bank.

Everything was easy From shopping through paiement to delivery. Well done job!

Even though I don’t speak the language. I was still able to order my product without any problems. It was delivered on time no difficulty at all.. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future

Before placing my order, I asked about customs restrictions and was told there would be no problem. In reality, the products are restricted in Turkey and customs did not release them. The company now refuses to refund the shipping costs, leaving me at a loss. If I had been properly informed, I would never have placed the order. Customers in Turkey should be very cautious.

Deze mensen hebben hun best gedaan om voor hun klanten naar artikelen te zoeken die hier niet zomaar meer te krijgen zijn.

I placed an order with Dutch Expat Shop that was promised within 4 business days, but it arrived more than two weeks late. Half of the products were useless by then, and to make things worse, they shipped infant milk that expires in just 2 months – completely unacceptable for baby formula. When I raised the issue, customer service hid behind their terms & conditions, refused any responsibility for the delay, and dismissed my request for a modest reimbursement. Selling near-expired baby products and then shrugging off responsibility is disgraceful. I cannot recommend this shop – poor reliability, poor product standards, and zero accountability.

Goods addressed to wrong address despite informing customer services I had to contact Fed Ex( who were very helpful) and collected parcel ourselves Contents when eventually received all cans dented We did receive compensation for the goods

Het heeft ruim twee weken geduurd voordat het is verzonden. Op verzoek de waardering aangepast. Maar het zou heel fijn zijn. Zeker met de items die ik besteld heb dat reële levertijden gecommuniceerd worden en wees gewoon eerlijk en zeg we versturen het met een week. Door een verjaardag rekende ik op de spullen vandaar de wat negatieve revieuw.

I won't give any stars at this time, as I don't base my opinion on a single experience. I recommend their services, but not everything was love. I love them, but I have doubts! My first order, #100438630 (2024), was wonderful. The second order, #100458407 (2025), is a very different story. It's still a bit confusing because as of now (September 23, 2025, Angola time, 9:04 AM), you haven't given me a coherent explanation of what happened. Uitstekende keuze en de opwaarde ten opzichte van de normale winkel prijzen is fair. Efficient verpakt tegen schadde onderweg. Bezorgkosten en tijd ook redelijk..

Ordered from Sweden... Delivery came perfectly in time, definitely I will buy again

1 item was out of date the day before ordered, by the time it was delivered it was 8 days past the use by date. Cheese only had a couple of days left. Refunded for the items but won't trust them again.

Het was de 1ste keer dat ik van uw diensten gebruik heb gemaakt . Na pech met diepvriesproducten was de service heel goed. Geen problemen gehad . Alles snel afgehandeld. Mijn complimenten. Misschien is er een manier om diepvriesproducten sneller te versturen.
