Ich bin zufrieden nachdem ich endlich einen online Shop aus den Niederlanden gefunden haben der mir meine Lieblingssachen nach Deutschland sendet.

My products where shipped very fast, unfortunately due to transit, a little accident happened, but thanks to superb customer service and a very quick response, everything got sorted out nice and tidy.

See above. I have a recommendation regarding the website: it takes too long for a Website to appear. Also, navigating the website is cumbersum and not up to par with comparable sites. Service is excellent, but prices appear to be in the high side, and S & H expenses are prettig high.

Tot nu toe goede ervaring en als er iets beschadigd is door slechte verpakking of onderweg, geen problemen met geld terug.

Het was de eerste keer dat ik online bestelde van deze firma en ik ben zeer blij verrast. Het bestellen was moeiteloos, het was net alsof ik thuis in Belgie door de winkelrekken wandelde en mijn favoriete producten in mijn karretje legde. Het was dan even afwachten hoe lang het zou duren alvorens mijn pakket zou arriveren maar minder dan een week later, stond het al aan de deur. Ga ik zeker opnieuw doen. Zeer zeker een aanrader.

Don’t know what happened with the shipping , but after it being at customs using fedex it went back to holland and they re-sent it using DHL. Got it from them within 3-4 days. Everything looked good in thee box except for the bags of chips being flat and some what crushed. I’m just over the moon that I got my 2 pots of stroop!!!

After multiple follow ups and receiving unprofessional and short rude responses, I am rating this experience half a star. 1) State accurate information on the website when the orders take place including a true estimated delivery time. 2) It is not pleasant to see the same status stuck for more than 2-3 weeks. 45+ days after the order and still no parcel. 3) You must train your customer service representative to be courteous and considerate when responding and to maintain professionally at all times. Listening and reading are both part of the 1st step, responding to the inquiry and concern respectively is the 2nd step, and 3rd step is to provide a solution and follow up. This pandemic has changed everyone's lives, and it is important to adhere to customer needs appropriately.

Dutch expat is an amazing shop! I have used them for items for both of my kids and I couldn’t be happier! Their speedy shipping Is also a plus when I’m running low on formula or other goodies I need! Highly recommend!!
