We've found all the Belgian products that we missed most since we've moved abroad. The delivery was fast (considering the new Brexit regulations) and the Dutch Expat Shop was prompt to respond when I reported an problem with the delivery - a bottle of beer got broken during transport. I will definitely be using their services again!

Very responsive per email, excellent customer service and very quick delivery. We made the guests at our wedding abroad happy with some dutch snacks!

They have wide range of products and perticularly what we were looking for our baby also the assistant we had received from them, it truly overwhelmed us. The delivery was fast and smooth but amid covid situation in India we faced some delay. We strongly recommend The Dutch Expat Shop and wish them good luck.

Bought here a couple of times, but in my last order I had a problem with the delivery company and Dutch Expat Shop customer service did not help to solve the issue. They did not bother analyzing the poor service given by the delivery company just blamed me on everything and sent rude emails saying things like "Hope you will lose and can learn from this and do not put your own mistakes in our shoes" "I do not understand why you order products while you are not available to collect the package" and so on... easy to say but the package ,a 11 kg heavy box, was left without asking 2km away from our home... great solution for someone who -after giving several options to the delivery company- has told both of them many times that we have no car and health issues. Never mind, I will just buy somewhere else with better support, won't be difficult to find for sure.

I received the package within 2 weeks in Canada with items that my mom had been unable to send, so I was very pleasantly surprised that the whole order arrived whitout any issues and so quick! when I am out of rituals products, for sure I will order them here again!

Liga tastes stale. Waste of money.

Net als de laatste 2 keer alles weer toppie. Het enige wat me tegenviel was dat ik Amerikaanse frietsaus kreeg in plaats van Franse. Amerikaanse kan ik hier ook krijgen. Buiten dat heb ik zover alleen maar goede ervaring. Zelfs het droog ijs was deze keer nog genoeg.

Received well wrapped up with consideration of possible accidents that may occur with the variety of items. Impressive care for those that may break, leak or spill. I will be a lot less worried next time! It is a bit much to go over 20000 products to look for something, but if you know what you want ... it is there somwhere.

I paid 80 euros for shipping and packaging so I expect my products to arrive timely and in original condition. What you have done to some of the products I ordered is truly disappointing and unacceptable. Packing loose bags of chips in between heavy boxes?? Was this the best you could do?? I expect better from your company.
