Very easy to place orders and delivery time is only a few days. Postage a bit hefty but you can’t have it all.

De produkte zijn goed, maar er zat erg veel Plastikverpakkingsmaterial omheen.

The only niggle that I have is that although being English I speak Dutch and only remembered the Dutch names for the various products and not the English names. E.g. vlokken and not flakes for the search engine. The packaging was good and sound.

Friends of our brought us back some delicious tea when they traveled abroad. Once we ran out, we ordered some for us and our friends to replenish our supplies. I was very happy with how fast this order made it to the States and how well packaged it was.

De keuze qua producten is erg divers en de prijzen zijn ook erg gunstig. Het is het zeker waard om een grote bestelling te doen en de DHL optie te kiezen als je in de VS woont. Ik bestelde op zondag en had mijn grote zeer goed ingepakte doos op zaterdag ochtend al voor de deur. Dus binnen 1 week al bezorgd! Mijn kinderen vragen nu al om meer te bestellen uit Nederland. :) Heel erg bedankt voor de uitstekende service!

The item I ordered is not available in the UK, so I have ordered it from several different European companies in the past. I found the Dutch Expat Shop offered the most competitive price and postal charge to UK of any online company I found so far. Delivery was also very prompt, I shall certainly order from them again.

Snelle levering en goed ingepakt

I ordered 7 cans of Hipp Dutch stage 4. It was delivered within one week, but the formula I received only have 4 months left before the expiration date. The customer service people was rude and refuse for refund or exchange.

Ordering was easy. Tracking spot on and the parcel arrived quickly. And that is no mean feat in this time where overseas parcels take about 2-3 times longer than usual to arrive. So extremely well done!
