Ik ben heel tevreden met de service van Dutch Expat Shop. De levering gaat heel goed sinds er ook de keuze is uit meerdere koeriers. Er zou wat mij betreft meer keuze mogen komen uit vegetarische producten.

Good products, bad service

After my first successful order, I received the wrong quantity of the wrong product in my second order. This happened even though I specifically checked the box that said not to replace products if they were not in stock. After contacting support, the only solution they offered me was for me to pay for international shipping again (to send back the incorrect and heavy product) so that I could get refunded for the product they did not send me - which would be less than the shipping cost. I understand there may be company policies and procedures, but it shouldn't cost me extra especially when I specifically asked to not replace the product if it was out of stock.
