I have always had great service with simple checkout procedure.

Living in the UK, delivery from the EU is expensive, but the goods arrived in good order and really fast. Only disappointment was that I ordered 'belegen' kaas, which it mentioned on the packaging, but the cheese was obviously 'extra belegen' as it had crystals in it and was quite hard - both of which I do not like.

Always easy to order and fast to receive. Well packaged and hassle-free customs.

De bezorging heeft een week geduurd, inplaats van 3 dagen zoals belooft. De diepvries was allemaal ondooid en stonk. Ook de houdbaarheidsdatum van de file Amerikaan was al een dag verlopen. Grote teleurstelling!

Made an order for coffee baileys which is hard to obtain in the UK. Was sent two bottles of ordinary baileys instead, which is easily purchased in the UK. Paid £61.00 for something that probably cost £12 in a supermarket up the road. Not happy at all and would definitely not recommend. Have asked me to amend my review, have not offered a solution. If they can get me the product I ordered or offer me a refund then I will be happy to do so.

I’ve been ordering from Dutch expat store for about 8 years. They have a great selection of products and the prices are reasonable . Everything comes well packaged and delivery is always good. However I feel there needs to be much more communication about the status of your order, after receiving the first email confirming your order I heard nothing regarding time scale for delivery. After about a week I emailed to get an update, finally to be told it was ready to ship . Also was not told about out of stock items until I opened my package and found they were missing, I then had to email to find out that they were unavailable, very disappointing. A refund was quickly given but if I’d been told the items were not being sent it would have been much better. Despite all that good overall .

I order shipments to the USA regularly. Shipping costs are highly competitive, and the goods arrive well-packaged, no broken or missing items, ever.

Slechte opvolging van de bestelling. Verkeerde producten geleverd. Lange duur voor communicatie. Uiteindelijk alles gelaten zoals het was. Geen verdere intresse meer.

I was a bit acceptable at first as this was my first order, and I am not a Dutch national but lived in Amsterdam many years ago and visit most years but am now back in the UK. I have found that my experience with the Expat shop to be first class and will continue to get all MY goodies there.

I always order Belgian chocolate Côte d'Or. The company is located in the Netherlands, a long way from my home in Alaska/USA. The package arrives in perfect condition, and so does the chocolate.

Om de betere producten te hebben om met te koken en te eten en toch Nederlands te blijven is de Dutch Expat Shop de oplossing. Wij maken er nu al ruim 5 1/2 jaar gebruik van en zijn zeer tevreden.

In het begin ging alles vlot tot wanneer mijn bestelling verzonden werd. Mijn bestelling werd op 04/09/2025 verstuurd naar Cebu Filippijnen waar het aangekomen is op 06/09/2025. Van bij de eerste mail stond er al dat de zending vertraging had opgelopen worden ??? Normaal zou de zending hier bij mij aankomen op 15/09/2025! We zijn nu reeds 19/09/2025 en ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen. Vandaag 19/09/2025 zou het in behandeling zijn bij de douane met heel wat extra papierwerk moeten zenden naar DHL Cebu. Hoelang duurt dat nog vooraleer ik mijn bestelling ga ontvangen?? De coolbox die ik bijbesteld had heeft totaal geen nut meer want het staat al bijna 3 weken in de loods van DHL in Cebu. Als ik NU moet oordelen " aanbevelen of niet " dan moet ik zeggen : NEEN !!! Waar ligt de oorzaak van al deze ellende ? Is het bij D.E.S. of bij DHL of ...bij de douane ??? Heb veel Balikbayan Boxen verstuurd in het verleden en daar ging alles in tot 70Kg /box,doos. NOOIT, NOOIT enig probleem gehad met de douane ....
