Kan eigenlijk niet beter. Alleen de dagen van bezorging duurde iets te lang. Dit ivm vries producten maar zal zeker door het corona gebeuren zijn gekomen. Verder top alles was zelfs na dat het iets langer duurde nog goed bevroren. Ga zeker weer bestellen.

De keuze is reuze en zo kunnen we ook van onze favorieten genieten wanneer we in het buitenland wonen waar, bijvoorbeeld, de vegetarische slager en babi pangang met nasi onbekend zijn.

Perfect toegekomen, wat opvalt is de zorg waarmee het inpakken gebeurt. Vele zaken individueel verpakt met folie. Top!

My shipment was somehow detained at the Thai customs. After complaining to the Dutch Export Shop they supported immediately and I had the goods within 2 days in my hand.

Extensive variety of products to chose from. I received my order very soon after I placed my order. Easy communication with customer service. My to go to Dutch store from now on!

The only thing is the postage which is becoming expensive.

Bestelling geplaatst en goed geregeld met de verzending. Je kunt zelfs tijden verzetten als iets je niet uitkomt mailtje van levering dag en tijd. En die kun je aanpassen was bij ons niet nodig op de dag zelf ook nog een mailtje met aankomst tijd. Als ze er bijna zijn bellen ze je ook nog even. Helemaal tevreden. Alles goed verpakt aangekomen.

Zeer goede service, groot assortiment, goede verzendkosten. De artikelen zijn wel een stuk duurder dan in de winkels in NL, maarja dit blijft de beste keuze vanuit het buitenland.

Geen op- of aanmerkingen. De producten waren zoals je ze in de winkel zou kopen. Het viel me op dat er veel zorg aan de verpakking was besteed. Een aanbeveler zonder meer.

As a Dane living in the U.S. I am constantly on the look out for European goods that I cannot buy here. So I was very happy to find some of my favorite items in your store. While I wish you sold more Scandinavian items your ordering system however is admirable and the absolute best I have ever encountered for an on-line business: Transparency of shipping prices with each item having a shipping weight, so one can maximize how much one can buy within each weight limit. Ease of changing the amount of items and still be able to see the total cost as well as the shipping cost with just one click. Notification of shipping and the ability to follow the package was reassuring and the items arrived fast, safely and very well packaged. Thank you for a very positive shopping experience !
