Snelle levering en goede producten!

I ordered 4 tins of applestrop. Tins arrived but they had all leaked in transit .

I live in the UK and the Dutch Expat shop is the only place I can buy the Knorr Aromat with Herbs seasoning - unfortunately the UK only has the original Aromat. I also buy the Nasi Goreng mixes again not found in the UK. Great shop with fast delivery in these bad times.

I am still waiting for the second part of my last order (100083159). The PostNL tracker states that it has arrived in UK . Checking further on the Royal Mail - Parcel Force tracking it was noted that the second parcel was damaged and return to sender. All of the above I have reported to your customer care and Mark Van Nooijen (Algemeen Directeur). Until now I have no reply or acknowledge received that confirm how the problem with the second parcel will be resolved. Marc Stoop

Alle geleverde produkten zijn zonder breuk of andere mankementen aangekomen. De versheid van de kaas was goed te noemen. Het pakket was wat langer onderweg door omstandigheden die met de logistiek van de bezorger te maken hadden. Voor de rest alles prima geregeld en de verpakking was zeer goed. Geweldig. Super. Een tevreden klant.

Had a slight delay in shipping due to severe weather but received tracking information along each step. Prices can’t be beat! Formula arrived perfectly packaged and I felt very safe using it for my baby.

Dutch Expat has a lot of choice in terms of available products. We are quite specific about the things we want and are generally not disappointed. I was also a bit afraid of potential impact from Brexit, but all went very smoothly without any surprises.

Order arrived promptly and without issue. Overall positive experience and packing is very good - BUT: 1) box of lays crips was crushed by the other heavier box - one pack busted and wasted 2) one item will expire less than 1 week after date of delivery.

Excellent food options that aren't avaliable in the states.

I received what I ordered in Japan well. It took 10 days for the international delivery.

The service was very effective and good. The items I ordered were in excellent condition and arrived quickly without delay. I was very pleased with the service. I will be ordering from the Dutch Expat Shop again.

The delivery took a little longer than expected according to the website, but I assume it’s because of the pandemic. Otherwise, very happy with products as always and it’s packed in such a manner that things cannot break

Alles komt goed verpakt aan Alleen belachelijk dat volgens jullie Mallorca niet bij Europa behoort,en ik vele dingen niet bestellen kan ,want is alleen mogelijk binnen Europa, voor dat krijgen jullie een rode kaart

Second time I order, I received only part of the paid goods, part of my order never delivered nor refunded even if the problem was in transit. More, customer service provided me incorrect info about the shipment tracking and not willing to investigate with the courier but told me to contact them, even if the issue was in transit process which should be their responsibility. Very unprofessional and with approx 50 euros lost in paid goods but not delivered, I will never order from them again nor will recommend them to anybody else, exactly the oposite, will tell everybody what happened to me.

Sommige producten zijn in Portugal gewoon niet te krijgen. Fijn dat er dan dit soort webshops zijn
