De zending was beneden 10.000,-php waarde gehouden om douane problemen te vermijden (tot 10.000,-php word er door de douane geen invoerrechten aangerekend). Tot mijn grote teleurstelling easter Fedex 9000,-php douane kosten voor een waarde van minder dan 10.000,-php. Ik heb geweigerd van dit te betalen, als gevolg werd de zending niet afgeleverd. Dit was 1 week geleden. Nog steeds geen contact van Fedex of een bericht van Fedex om hun fout te verbeteren. Ik ben uiteraard zeer ontgoocheld. Sinds dat u gestopt bent on BPOST als optie aan te bieden (met wie ik grotere zending verstuurd heb zonder enige douane problemen) heb ik DHL gebrobeerd met het gevolg dat 2 zending bij de douane in Cebu werden geblokkeerd voor redenen die ik nooit had gehoord), Daarna heb ik Fedex gebrobeerd, met douane problemen iedere maal niettegenstaande ik de zendingen met opzet beneden de 10.000,-php waarde grens hield. Met de huidige staat van zaken kan ik niet verantwoorden van nog verdere bestelling te maken wegen de slechte keuze van transport opties. Een zeer ontgoochelde klant.

Recommend use of another carrier as it appears they were completely at fault for the extreme delay experienced. Your company is not getting what it pays for. On the bright side I am grateful that I did receive a product that has a great reputation. This man would like to order additional Drogheria & Alimentari products in the spices and herbs lines like Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, etc. Please advise if you will be able to provide these and hopefully their entire line of products in a manual fresh grinder version. Thank you.

I placed an order on September 29, 2025. Today is October 21, 2025 and I haven’t received my package yet. I would not recommend this service. I received the package — a big thank you to Charlie and Peter for the help and assistance in resolving this issue! I now understand that the delay was caused by the new U.S. customs rules introduced in September. I’ve been a customer for a few years and have always been happy with the service. Every time I had a question, I got a replay quickly—usually the same or next day—even with the time difference. I highly recommend Dutch Expat, it is reliable and trustworthy service.

Customs in the US are now taking longer than before to clear the This makes it harder to order cheese. Other than that everything cleared and made it in good condition!

We wanted to purchased a product that is no longer available where we live so we went online to purchase. Dutch Expat Shop had the item available at a price that we were prepared to pay. The goods were dispatched promptly and received in good condition, well packaged. I would not hesitate to use Dutch Expat Shop again as our needs arise.

I love Twinings Earl Grey Green tea and this is the only place I can currently find it. Unfortunately they didn’t have quite enough boxes in stock to fulfill my large order but they emailed me to explain this and refunded the difference very promptly. I’m really hoping they are able to get more and if so I will buy it from them. I’m in the UK by the way .

i odered shower power vom Ajax and the saftey data sheet SDS was missing but i find it easily and send it to Fedex everything fine as promised First oder will try them again thanks to charlie and peter

Ordered from Athens,Greece.,a product that is discontinued here. Very quick order processing,the product was at very nice price,and i received it in perfect condition and in very reasonable time. If needed,I will prefer it again !

Helaas wordt alles duurder en ook de verzendkosten en nu met de tarieven nog duurder. Had graag via Dutch Expat Shop vernomen van de extra kosten en niet achteraf via DHL. Het bestellen van producten en laten leveren in Florida wordt door de kosten bijna onbetaalbaar. Ik vind de Dutchexpatshop nog altijd een stukje Nederland dat in het buitenland wordt geleverd en dat was fijn en goed

I found the Dutch Expat Shop easy to use and easy to order. My shipment arrived in good shape and very quickly. I will be using their services again for sure.

Na enige aarzeling o.a. een flinke hoeveelheid bitterballen besteld. 's Maandags verlieten ze het magazijn, 's woensdags werden ze al in het zuidwesten van Frankrijk afgeleverd. Dankzij de 12,5 kg droogijs en een doos van piepschuim waren de balletjes nog steeds hard bevroren. Als test de afgesloten doos met het droogijs bij 25-30 graden in de zon gezet. Vrijdagsmiddags verdween het laatste ijs, maar was het in de doos nog steeds ijskoud. Je bent natuurlijk wel wat meer kwijt dan in Nederlandse winkels, maar de balletjes smaken hier extra lekker. Zodra ze op zijn, gaan we o.a. een nieuwe voorraad bevroren snacks bestellen.

Too bad it takes a long time for the delivery to arrive, it takes 18 days.
