I was concerned there would be additional (hidden) customs or VAT charges because of Brexit but there were none (apart from the Brexit charge on the website, of course). Delivery was as efficient as in the pre-Brexit times and I will continue to shop with Dutch Expat Shop.

It is great to be able to order items I just can’t get in the United States of America. Shipping and communication are wonderful.

Can't live without Zaanse mayonnaise and the Dutch Expat Shop send me a nice big care package that will last me awhile...

Received formula cans that were dented. Upon contacting the company, I was told to squeeze the cans to remove the dents. ??? It is not possible to remove the dents in the cans by “squeezing” them. There are other sites that sell dented cans at discounted rates. If Dutch Expat is selling discounted/dented formula cans to customers who are paying full price, this is very bad customer service. I informed the company that if this happened again, I would take my business elsewhere.

Cant wait to order again,but have to save first. The cost of the dry ice +box puts me off. But overall a good experience

Deop uw website aangegeven voorbereidingstijd van drie werkdagen bleken zeven werdagen te zijn, de levertijd van 1 werkdag voor Frankrijk bleken drie werkdagen te zijn. Jammer want het Valentijnskadootje kwam daardoor niet op tijd. Maar de levering was kompleet en excellent verpakt en gekoeld.! Verbeterpunt: Uw communicatie: Zero over de Vertraging, dat kan en moet beter.

Snelle levering, alles netjes en goed verpakt.

Gewoon super

I love to buy from Dutch Expat Shop: there is a huge choise of products, ease of navigation and check-out/payment. But there is a lot of Duch products I cannot buy as.... they are not available (for example Smints or Jan van Haasteren puzzles or Miffy mascots). I'm also missing bigger (more detailed) products photos or even just more pictures of single product. Sometimes there is also detailed description missing (list of ingridients) what make products comparision more complicated or impossible (which mustard is better? Which cheese to choose...? :)) Beside that shoping experience is very nice, product's and shipping prices are not too high. I'll come back soon :)

Your boxes are carefully and accurately packed so things arrive as ordered and mostly in good condition, though we no longer order delacre etc biscuits from you since you sent us some that arrived as crumbs. You are better than average.because you use smarter than average pickers and packers but you are also more expensive than most. Be well.
