A bit hesitant to order but hsppy when I received my order

Bedankt voor de lekkere dingen die we gekocht hebben ook de witte broodjes waren super mooi aan gekomen en ook lekker, het zijn de kleine dingen die je en mist in het buitenland!

Great prompt service as usual. Received multiple coffee beans very quickly and well packed /insulated for journey to nz .

Not only is Schrobbeler great, but your use DHL express shipping is excellent

Alles zat erin, verpakking subliem en de vervangende Produkten waren goed gekozen. Voor herhaling vatbaar! !!!

I ordered it on the first of January, did took till the 12th before the order was ready, was cleared by customs at the same day. Have patience and Brexit is to blame they said, a bit too easy to say this. It’s now the 10th of February, my parcels arrived in the UK at the 20th of January, it’s still not there!!! :( Again contacted Dutch Expat, have patience they said again, it’s because of Brexit, I think something else has gone wrong, I’m waiting now one and a half months.... My first order with this company, I’m really in doubt to order again with them..

I used to be a Yummy Dutch stuff customer and I find the service has dropped a little since being taken over by Dutch Expat Shop. First of all, the website is so big that it takes longer to load, to select items and some items don't come up where you expect (Hagelslag does not appear in the breakfast section, and the AH hagelslag does not seem to appear unless you specify AH). Secondly, it used to be order by Sunday, then your order will be shipped on Tuesday. This meant I received it in the UK on Thursday, Ideal. Now, shipment seems to be on Thursday (I was told 3 Feb but my order did in fact not ship until 10 Feb) and this means the parcel does not arrive until Monday. This is OK now but I worry about hot weather in the summer, maybe parcels overseas can be shipped earlier in the week to ensure the weekend does not get in between? Products were fine, shipping cost seemed to have gone up, a result of Brexit?

Het verkeerde product ontvangen, na veel zeuren mocht ik het terugsturen. Toen kreeg ik eindelijk een verzendlabel. Zelfde dag nog opgestuurd. Nog steeds geen geld terug.

Overall it was OK, I was happy eben the delivery is quite expensive ! I ordered everything with dark chocolate. One part of my order war waffles with dark chocolate (4 packages). I received 3 with dark chocolate and one with milk. When I reach the support, they told me that they did that because they were out of stock. But I can return it and I’ll be reimbursed (eventually). The cost of one package is around $5, it will be more expensive to send it back so I decided not to do it. But I really don’t appreciate the way you handed this, and replace an item with something else, without asking it, it’s not a good idea. At least, if you want to fo that for a question of weight, add something we ordered. We don’t like milk choyand never order it. I don’t want to receive something I haven’t ordered. And honestly, you should have made a refund. Really poorly handled. I will think twice before ordering again

egen de Corona hoogstwaarschijnlijk een beetje langer gewacht op de bestelling. Super ingepakt en uiterst goede produkten. Één tip: Het trackingsysteem van DPD schijnt niet te functioneren. Ik kon niet gewaar worden wanneer de besteelling afgeleverd zou worden. Gelukkig was ik thuis en is alles aangekomen. Vr. Groet uit Berlijn.

Eenvoudig, accuraat en snelle levering

I normally buy Conimex products whilst travelling abroad but due to restrictions I bought online at the Dutch Expat Shop. Prices were very competitive and the range offered vast. Sadly due to Brexit there was a very small fee added which I completely understand and was still definitely worth ordering. All items came boxed securely. Thank you

Ik hen niets aan te merken. De levering was snel. De verpakking optimaal en de producten goed beschermd in de doos. Als de flessen curry ketchup (niet te vinden hier aan de côte d’azur in Frankrijk) leeg zijn, bestel ik ze opnieuw bij jullie. Dank je wel !

Great service - however, one mistake was made as I payed for a family sized pack of cheese but received half the size of it instead. Hopefully the next time it will be correct!
