After multiple follow ups and receiving unprofessional and short rude responses, I am rating this experience half a star. 1) State accurate information on the website when the orders take place including a true estimated delivery time. 2) It is not pleasant to see the same status stuck for more than 2-3 weeks. 45+ days after the order and still no parcel. 3) You must train your customer service representative to be courteous and considerate when responding and to maintain professionally at all times. Listening and reading are both part of the 1st step, responding to the inquiry and concern respectively is the 2nd step, and 3rd step is to provide a solution and follow up. This pandemic has changed everyone's lives, and it is important to adhere to customer needs appropriately.

Dutch expat is an amazing shop! I have used them for items for both of my kids and I couldn’t be happier! Their speedy shipping Is also a plus when I’m running low on formula or other goodies I need! Highly recommend!!

De meewerkers waren heel hulpsam en de verzending zonder probleem en snel. Alleen maar 4 steren, omdat ik op uw website mijn Produkt niet kon vinden (notenpasta van albert heijn). Ik hrb uren met zoeken toegebracht. Dus had ik hulp van U nodig.

Voor €130 frikandellen gekocht en kwam allemaal diep bevroren aan (wel zo belangrijk), en hier was ik initieel wat nerveus over. Ik kan het op basis van deze ervaring van harte aanbevelen.
