Excellent service and great place to get those Dutch/Belgium goodies that are otherwise hard to get hold of.

I had to email to ask when we could expect the tea bags. They came a few days after my email.

Na het plaatsen van mijn order duurde het maar 4 dagen voordat het arriveerde bij ons in Amerika.

So I was impressed with the packing, they even bagged dusty items. They guestimates the cost including the import duties, and I found it was an over estimation, which was good. All the stuff had a long date, so I can stock up large amounts of hagelslag and slowly eat it.

Other then one chips bag that was open when it arrived everything was perfect.

I ordered on 12/12/20 and I still don't get the goods on 22/01/21. On top of it, I had to pay DHL taxes and fee for a value of 2700 THB (+- 75 EUROS) for an amount of 81,73 EUR I PAID YOU.

Sometimes you feel amazed by little things. Be amazed when you open this box of treats you have chosen for yourself! Everything perfectly packed to withstand the transport. When I'm finished enjoying my beers and chocolates, I'll definitely order a new box ;-)

Everything I need I can buy so easily now from Holland. Very quick delivery and packaged very well against damage in transit. Have ordered on a number of occasions now and always pleased with my purchases.

I ordered from Dutch Expat Shop because of previous issues with other companies such as glass bottles breaking during shipping due to inadequate package for international shipping half way across the world. Also, the online shop I used to previously order from is now using an expensive shipping company (price went up 3 x higher for shipping this year). I emailed Dutch Expat Shop after placing my order to request that they packaged everything appropriately. They replied promptly and told me not to worry, and that everything would be taken care of as they have plenty of experience. The sambal packagearrived intact and within the specified duration. Shipping was cheaper and reasonable, and I am delighted to have a new supplier for my sambal needs! Highly recommend ordering from them!

A lot of product. Price are OK, only shipping is a bit expensive. formore delivery is not so fast.

I regularly make orders on Dutch Expat Shop. The items always arrive on time and in good state. The only reason that I cannot give five stars, is because often specific products are not delivered because there is no stock available. Sometimes, they are replaced by Dutch Expat Shop with an alternative, but not exactly the same taste or type. However, they did reimburse the missing / faulty delivered products every time after I sent them an email to follow up. This type of customer service is of course appreciated.

After waiting and waiting, I contacted the company DHL, the one in charge of the shipping, the one I paid for it, to find out my package was transferred to usps. Why did I pay for fast shipping I'd it end up on the regular American mail?? I NEVER received that package!

All is great as far as product selection goes. My only reservation is how long it takes to arrive

The only comment I have the postage has become more expensive
