The website was so easy to use. I was kept informed of the order progress and delivery status throughout. The order was extremely well packaged and delivered promptly. Thank you for a smooth transaction especially for a product I was only able to source previously from Portugal which took weeks to arrive, now it's with me in days!

Nagenoeg gehele bestelling was zoals verwacht. Het feit dat de bevroren producten nog bevroren waren is ver boven verwachting. Echter 1 item had ik 2 keer besteld, Dynamietstaven Aardbei. Had eenmaal aardbei gekregen en 1 maal een andere smaak. Was een beetje teleurgesteld hierover, vooral omdat ik van tevoren hier geen bericht over heb gekregen.

We waren heel verbaasd hoe snel onze bestelling binnen was. Alles wat we besteld hadden hebben we ontvangen. Absoluut de moeite waard voor die dingen die niet hier in de winkels verkrijgbaar zijn.

Delivering is quick, Not too much costs for sending, but the products are pretty expensive and although I specifically wrote, that I don't want replacements for the products that are not in store...I got a Conimex sambal in stead of Koningsvogel. We are vegetarians and don't eat meat and/or fish...the Conimex sambal has shrimp powder in it. That is the reason, why I don't want another product. And that is not the first time...

Great choice of products and quick delivery (if a bit pricey)

Je mag toch verwachten dat in de webwinkel alleen artikelen staan die nog bestaan en leverbaar zijn. Nee dus. Wel redelijk snel het geld terugontvangen.

Ik ken geen andere site, waar je behalve snoep ook kroketten, leverworst, ossenworst, haring en nog zoveel meer kunt bestellen. Alles is heel netjes en goed ingepakt en de kroketten komen hard bevroren aan in het koelpakket met droogijs! Ik ben ook heel tevreden over de bezorging. Een email vooraf met de datum van bezorging! Prima! Ik ben heel dankbaar zo te kunnen genieten! Dank U wel

Veel keuze. Zeer veilig verpakt.

Heb melkhagelslag en thee besteld. Ipv melk kreeg ik puur, die niemand eet. Ook foutieve thee. Op 8 producten waren er 4 foutief. Er werd beloofd om de kosten van de foutieve producten te vergoeden. Ook dat liep niet goed. Na 14 dagen moest ik nog een keer schrijven. Uiteindelijk voor 42 eu - 14 eu kreeg ik 4 producten. Ik heb zo toch zo alle verzendkosten voor mijn rekening gekregen. Wij bestellen regelmatig voor de Ned vereniging in Rome. Dit was een hele slechte service.

Goede kwaliteit, prima service

I had never bought on Dutch Expat Shop, but I was completely satisfied. All my products arrived in Italy in one week. Customer service has always answered to all my information request emails. I have received tracking number after shipping in order to track my package. I point out that a product was not available and they refunded the cost to my credit card. I recommend Dutch Expat and I'll certainly make more purchases in the future.

Having recently moved out of the Netherlands, there are many items we have become accustomed to having and the only source was the local AH or other Dutch shops. Searching, we came across the Dutch Expat Shop and decided to give it a try. Wow, I am very impressed. The prices for most items on our list are comparable to what we pay in Albert Heijn, so only the cost of shipping was the difference, so I decided to try a test order of €150. The order arrived in a few days, which was a huge surprise - and every item was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and individually bagged in plastic and sealed. The box was filled by a Tetris Champion, and there wasn't a single millimetre of space for items to shift. Everything (lots of glass and kroepoek together) arrived 100% perfect. TLDR; Awesome packing, fast shipping, great prices - you must give them a try.

A dutch beer impossible to buy in The Netherlands, but easy to get in GB. I was surprised and beside this a fast and safe delivery.. sorry the increase in the carbon level.. but i will certainly be back

Love the pringles. What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that they were crushed.

Telefonisch kan ik jullie bedrijf niet bereiken. Ook wist ik ook niet dat een bestelling in 2 delen opgestuurd kon worden. Na plaatsen en betaling van bestelling duurt een week of twee tot dat het op de post wordt gedaan. Termijnen kunnen korter. Communicatie beter en klantenservice mag sneller, beter en zakelijker.

Vlugge levering en goede informatie

Excellent service. Prices are decent and shipping is fair. Well packed goods.
