I order twice from the Dutch Expat Shop. All good in the first but in the second my beers were confiscated. I got in touch with them and got a refund in 2 days :)

Title pretty much says it all. It made it to my doorstep very quickly, about a week.

Redelijk groot assortiment. Verzending naar Spanje duurde vrij lang.

Snelle bezorging en gemakkelijk te gebruiken website. Met PayPal betaling dus veilig.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this company as I paid 23.99 for one Libelle magazine for my wife and paid £18.00 for delivery. It has still not arrived after 14 days and counting dispatched on 11th March 2021 and as of writing no goods received. Service I'm afraid is a disgrace. I will be requesting a full refund of course.

We were recommended the Dutch Expat Shop from our friends who buy baby products from the site on a regular basis. We have ordered baby formula for our newborn son and were very satisfied with the purchase. Apart of the quality product supplied, the purchase was easy to make and we had our shipment at our door within 4 working days (Europe to Canada shipment). We are very pleased and definitely recommend this online shop!

As usual, the AH Dutch Expat Shop functions in effective ways: goods ordered are very well-packed, delivery is prompt (notwithstanding Covid 19) and advance notification of dispatch and arrival is very good. However, I would like to mention one slightly negative point: the website for ordering goods is not only slow, but really slow. If this could be improved upon, my future rating would be 5 stars
