Awsome

Awful

I havent received my parcel after a month so I contacted them and they said they have sent it to the Netherlands when I live in the UK. They have said I have to pay another delivery fee of just under £15.00. I asked for a refund or for them to re deliver my parcel to my address but they refused.

Dear Ashley, We have asked for another 15 euro because you gave us the wrong delivery address. You paid for the shipping costs to The Netherlands while you live in the United Kingdom. The shipping costs to UK are more expensive (15 euro more). You have refused to pay these costs so we did not ship it to you. Unprofessional & bad service

I paid extra for express delivery & my order came with 3 days delay. I asked for a refund for the express service & all I got was excuses. They didn't even bother to apologize.

Very disappointed

I purchased 12 tints of Hipp stage 4 in mid 2/2021. I expected the 12 tints to last about 1 year for my toddler. But I was sent 12 tints that will expire in 7/2021.

Dear Thy, very sorry but an expiration date of 4-5 months is still very good. Spoiling good products is not very nice for your organic products. Many people would pray for these products, so please do not waste them. Next time if you want products with longer expiration dates please request for it and we will ship them.
