Delivery on time. Excellent packaging. Great products.

Deop uw website aangegeven voorbereidingstijd van drie werkdagen bleken zeven werdagen te zijn, de levertijd van 1 werkdag voor Frankrijk bleken drie werkdagen te zijn. Jammer want het Valentijnskadootje kwam daardoor niet op tijd. Maar de levering was kompleet en excellent verpakt en gekoeld.! Verbeterpunt: Uw communicatie: Zero over de Vertraging, dat kan en moet beter.

Snelle levering, alles netjes en goed verpakt.

Heel breed assortiment. Gemakkelijk toegankelijk website. Supersnelle levering. Well done!!

Gewoon super

I love to buy from Dutch Expat Shop: there is a huge choise of products, ease of navigation and check-out/payment. But there is a lot of Duch products I cannot buy as.... they are not available (for example Smints or Jan van Haasteren puzzles or Miffy mascots). I'm also missing bigger (more detailed) products photos or even just more pictures of single product. Sometimes there is also detailed description missing (list of ingridients) what make products comparision more complicated or impossible (which mustard is better? Which cheese to choose...? :)) Beside that shoping experience is very nice, product's and shipping prices are not too high. I'll come back soon :)

Your boxes are carefully and accurately packed so things arrive as ordered and mostly in good condition, though we no longer order delacre etc biscuits from you since you sent us some that arrived as crumbs. You are better than average.because you use smarter than average pickers and packers but you are also more expensive than most. Be well.

Easy to order on the site. Package arrived in Italy without problems.

Zeer lang moeten wachten op mijn bestelling. Contact gezocht met de klantenservice. Deze was zeer arrogant en onbeleefd. Ik moest niet zo zeuren. Kwamen met de smoes dat de sneeuw en bezorgdienst vertraging opleverde. Alleen mijn bestelling was al 2 weken voor de sneeuw viel geplaatst. Nu na 6 weken eindelijk de bestelling op route. Zal mij benieuwen of alles geleverd wordt.

Easy to order from a wide variety of products. Packaging was excellent and although it took a bit long to receive the parcel i am very happy and satisfied with my purchase - very good prices indeed as well as very good service, definitely recommended :)

4 days per DHL for large order , our weekly Dutch newspaper takes 4 weeks

Arrived before plained

Well the shop answers me very fast till the moment I paid. After that my order was send to me and very fast was sent back to sender. I've got no messages or calls from courier. And all my letters "what happened, why it was sent back" has no answer.

Would recommend

I was really impressed with the selection of products available, customer service and the packaging my order arrived in. Unfortunately, however, one of the items I ordered and had paid for was not included in the parcel I received.
