Product was great. Delivery was quick. Informed every step of the process. Will do business here again.
Ordering to product was easy enough, pricing seemed good that was August 12th. Product still hasn't arrived. Fedex called last week with the package stuck in Indianapolis customs because they said the shipper didn't provide the proper paperwork for entry. I have provided that from the FDA, but take was over a week ago and it's still not released according to Fedex website. So my review is mixed because I honestly don't know who is at fault - Dutch Expat or the US Government. Either way I'm thirsty!

Soms is het even zoeken voor ons omdat we in Kreta wonen. Door de hitte in de zomer is het niet aangewezen om iets van chocolade producten te bestellen. Dit doen we dus in de winterperiode. Maar de producten zijn zo goed verpakt, iedere keer houden we ons hart vast als we de verpakking openen. Maar nog geen enkele keer is er een product dat gebroken aankwam, nog thans zijn de Kretenzers niet echt voorzichtig met de pakketten.Dank daarvoor en doe zo verder, we zijn echt zeer tevreden.
Altijd fijn als er iets komt van de Dutch Expat Shop, klein feestje hier thuis in Madrid!!!

All orders of extremely tasty goods have been met with great efficiency. They have kept in touch if there was a problem sourcing an item and unless they can provide one similar or better, they have refunded. I can’t go to Belgium any more because of disabilities but they send a little bit to me. Highly recommend, I will continue to use in the future

I had an issue with a bottle breaking in transit. Dutch Expat Shop responded to communications efficiently, keeping me informed dealing with Fedex and eventually refunded the whole order including the shipping. I was disappointed at first to have a damaged package but they turned a bad experience into best outcome possible. Will shop again knowing the stand behind an issues.

Ordered 3 bottles of Picon that were apparently poorly packaged and one broken in transit making a mess. Local Fedex office called and asked if I wanted to refuse the package or would take delivery of the remaining bottles, I said I would get the other 2 thinking that Dutchexpat shop would take accountability and take care of me, send me a new bottle or refund the damage. Instead they have got me tied up in a never ending cycle of email with Fedex in Netherlands that clearly functions differently than in US, instead of them filing for a claim and take care of me, I am left chasing Fedex in another country. It was not my fault that bottles were poorly packed, sender does not want to take accountability. Disappointed as I was hoping to buy more from them.

Een week na de bestelling begin augustus ontving ik het pakketje met produkten. Dit vond ik uiterst snel want een andere vergelijkbare website kon de produkten pas na augustus leveren.
My order was 8 packs of Excellent coffee 250g, I received instead 4 packs and 1kg of Excellent beans types (which I don’t have a grinder for it) not to mention that I received it opned from the customs (which is not your fault. Additionally the expected day was on 10 aug, I received it today 28 The problem is im your regular customers.
