Ik had wat goede vrienden in Amerika wat Nederlandse producten beloofd. Deze heb ik bij Dutch Expat Shop besteld. Snel afgehandeld en met de track & trace duidelijk te volgen. Producten waren goed en snel ontvangen. Binnenkort ga ik zeker weer wat bestellen via Dutch Expat Shop.

Producten komen altijd heel aan en vers (krentenbollen bijv.). Altijd op tijd bezorgd zonder problemen.

Alles was in orde, niks ontbrak en de leveringstijd was vrij snel

I had a pleasant experience buying from Dutch Expat Shop. This was my first time buying from the website and the selection of goods is enormous, fairly priced, and of great quality. Everything in my order was packaged securely and arrived within the expected date. I'm from the U.S. and I wanted to be a little adventurous and order some cookies and teas to try from The Netherlands since they piqued my interest. I hoped that they would be tasty and my expectations were exceeded! Well done, will buy again from you in the future.

Super snelle levering en alles netjes ingepakt, zodat het heel aankomt. Fantastisch om wat dingetjes te hebben die ik echt gemist heb door in het buitenland te wonen

Ordered zonnatura products from the website, which are overpriced to begin with nevertheless really wanted to have the products shipped here as I love them. Paid up to €35 euro shipping costs for the products to be delivered at my home adress. Received emails from the company as well as PostNL that the parcel is on the way after that I didn’t receive a message about the parcel anymore. In the meantime received and email 2 times by Dutch expat shop to leave a review. After contacted Dutch expat ship for the same I was told the parcel I could pick it up at the post office here. I was told that’s what’s happens if you choose a cheap shipment company such as PostNL. Asked which post office I could pick it up as I had no information regarding this from PostNL and the reply I received back was that I could pick it up at the adress which is my home adress. The first and last time I used this company to order something.

Elke besteling die ik maandelijks doe, wordt fantastisch goed ingepakt, verstuurd en onbeschadigd ontvangen. Sinds de lockdowns bestel ik regelmatig en elk pakket is als een cadeau ;-) Slechts 1 keer heb ik een product niet ontvangen en dat werd zonder wikken of wegen gecrediteerd. Ik ben zeer tevreden en kan Dutch Expat Shop ten hoogste aanbevelen.

Met name de manier waarop alles verpakt wordt - zelfs de meest kwestbare producten komen helemaal heel aan. thumbs up!

My package was delivered in perfect condition and much quicker than expected! I was disappointed when I discovered my six pack did not come with a holder; they are just separate bottles that I am giving as a gift to a collector. I was hoping for an authentic, original six-pack holder to be in the box. I have tried to reach out in regards of getting one but I do not know who to email.

De 2,5 ster komt door de afleverdienst anders was het hoger geweest, geen problemen met de shop zelf Het bestellen vande artikelen en het volgend van het pakket was allemaal prima. Het afleveren door SEUR was drama, 3 pogingen voordat we het hadden en een week tussen eerste en derde poging. Zogenaamd wisten ze ons adres niet of de auto was kapot, pas nadat we via facebook contact met hun hadden is het gelukt. Hoor veel klachten over deze firma.
