Ik bestel al jaren bij Dutch Expat Shop, meestal ben ik zeer tevreden. De produkten worden over het algemeen netjes verpakt en snel verzonden. Helaas heb ik ondervonden dat wanneer het een keer niet goed gaat de klantenservice niet erg behulpzaam is. Er wordt onprofessioneel gereageerd. De antwoorden die je krijgt zijn brutaal en de toon is neerbuigend. Erg jammer, want verder is het een fijn bedrijf.

Goede producten, snelle leverans, gemakkelijk om te bestellen kortom: perfect! Een nadeel: de transport kosten was duur (naar Zweden).

We are absolutely happy with the assortment (extensive), the order process (very easy), the delivery time (speedy enough) and the delivery method (all items are well packed). All in all the Dutch Expat Shop is our way of getting a little bit of NL into our home; it is our go to on-line shop for Dutch products.

Every so often we experience some nostalgia for the times we lived in the Netherlands and in Belgium. That's the time we go and surf on Expat's website! And there is always something we long for.

Ruime keus aan assortiment. Produkten zijn individueel ingepakt in het geval een verpakking mocht lekken. Pakket was er op tijd. Een van mijn produkten was niet leverbaar en vervangen door een vergelijkbaar produkt, dat helaas voor mijn toepassing niet zo geschikt was. Dat is na communicatie met klantenservice goed afgehandeld.

Absolutely love the products here. Would love to see some items from De Tuin and Kruidvat too.

Living in the US for 20 yrs makes you miss the Dutch goodies big time. having a one-stop-shop like the Dutch Expat Shop makes getting these much easier. Delivery through DHL was expensive but timing was amazing. If there is one thing I was a bit worried about is missing a status after order placement that tells me when I can expect shipment. Realy happy I found you guys

Fijne behandling en verzending en na een probleem met wat gebroken items werd dit na een email snel en perfekt opgelost. Erg goed en leuk kontakt voor mn Nederlandse produkten.

shipping is pretty costly but when you want something badly enough you pay the price. I love zwitsal products and they are not available in Virginia , USA. Packaged well and timely arrival. thank you!

Enige opmerking is dat de nasi schoven heel raar smaakten en niet hebben durven opeten 9ok de tekstuur was vreemd heel. Kleverig en meelig... Voor de rest alles top en supersnel gelevered

Pour une première commande, je suis entièrement satisfait et je recommande à qui conque souhaite obtenir des produits belges ou hollandais qu'ils ne peuvent trouver chez eux

I ordered something for my dads birthday and wanted to add a little personal note to it. In the ordering process there was no part/comment section where it would have been able to add it. In the confirmation e-mail that I immediately received, it said to contact their customer service if there is anything I need or wish for. within 5 minutes after the order I wrote them to add a little note, but they replied that it is not possible because the order is already in process but they will try to see what they can do. Even though my package has not been shipped until a few days after there has been nothing added. Not a big thing, but still I wished that there would have been more flexibility or that they would have communicated that they didn’t include a note in the end.

Het is jammer dat het bedrijf dat de goederen levert (DPD in ons geval) de goederen niet aflevert maar een bericht achterlaat dat er niemand thuis was en dat je het pakket kan ophalen bij het service point. Dit klopt niet want er was wel degelijk iemand thuis, speciaal omdat het pakket bezorgd kon worden. Jammer van de service kosten die zijn betaald. Je krijgt deze nl niet terug.

Zeer goede service, aanbevelenswaardig.
