A brilliant selection of items available and ordering is so easy. Parcels are dispatched quickly and it’s great to be able to track the order. Have used this store for quite some time and although I know what I’ve ordered it’s always exciting to receive that package!

Was disappointment to find several items missing in my order, with no note explaining the reason. Maybe I missed the 'out of stock' notice when ordering, but think they could have included a note in the shipment. Communication was poor.

Order delivered promptly. All goods beautifully wrapped. In a time when we cannot travel to Belgium/Netherlands we have all our goods delivered to us. Recommend this firm to anyone who likes good food, good service.

Zonder overleg product uit pakje gehaald , rest toch verstuurd waardoor waarde pakje totaal niet meer in verhouding stond met verzendkosten! Na meerdere malen mailcontact waarom er dan geen vervangend product in gedaan is zoals in de voorwaarden staat kreeg ik als antwoord “ er zijn ook mensen die een pot pindakaas sturen met verzendkosten €35.00, ik kan niet weten dat u overleg wilt” Hoe onprofessioneel naar een klant wil je het hebben. Nu zelf alsnog het ontbrekende ( wat belangrijkste was) zelf verstuurd . Waardoor ook dubbele verzendkosten !!!

In Corana tijd kan ik helaas mijn geboorteland niet bezoeken en gelukkig is Dutch expat shop , zo kon ik mijn geliefde goederen kopen ! Dankjewel ben super blij met de service

Zeker nu in Corona tijd is deze shop een schot in de roos. Als we niet of moeilijk naar Nederland kunnen, halen we Nederland wel naar ons toe. Genoeg om uit te kiezen en alles lekker lang houdbaar. Keurig verpakt en snelle levering

Our first order was a great experience - we live in San Francisco and it took about 2 1/2 weeks before the order arrived (as advertised) and everything was packed carefully - we were really impressed and will order again

I lived in Canada and my father likes Nutrilon brand milk power, I can not find an authentic product in the online shop in China. I searched worldwide and found Dutch Expat Shop. So I ordered 8 cans of Nutrilon milk powder, but the value of the products exceed the Chinese custom limit, these milk powder can not be cleared at Chinese customs, so I contacted the shop owner to help me bring back so I will incur less loss, the shop owner contacted DHL and brought my goods from SOUL, Korea to the shop. Since it is my responsibility to pay the return shipping cost, I do not have much credit left with my milk powder, I try to ask the shop owner ship 2 cans of milk powder to China this time, he agreed without any hesitation. I knew he did not get much profit from my order. I know Dutch windmill from my childhood, now I know people in the Netherlands are generous, kind, and helpful. The owner and customer services and DHL staff are fantastic, he replied to me at the first timing, since there are 6 hours time difference between Canada and Netherlands, sometimes it is very late. Anyway, I appreciated their efforts, and their products are excellent, their customer service is fantastic. I will still order products from them in the future and promote Nutrilon brand where I can. I believe Dutch Expat Shop can be prosperous and succussful in near future

De eerste maal dat ik de expat shop heb gebruikt, en alle producten die ik bestelde waren goed en compact ingepakt. Alles is vlot verlopen en goed ontvangen. Heel tevreden

Zowel de pagina als de afhandeling: prima! Zorgvuldig verpakt en op tijd bezorgd, alles perfect!!

Mijn eerste ervaring was negatief. Zodra Fedex het pakket had ging het heel snel, had het binnen 4 dagen! Helemaal top. Maar het grootste probleem is om de onproffesionele en sarcastische replies van "customer service". Ik had 31 zakken chips besteld, in kleine dozen gepropt met niets er om heen dan een plastic zakje en de helft was gebroken/open en 2 pakken met sauzijsebroodjes aan gorten. I accepteerde al andere spullen die gedeukt en gebroken waren maar niet de produkten die open waren. Hij schreef niet op een respectvolle manier, alsof ik een zeur was en hij dreigde met prijsverhoging als ik inderdaad mijn geld terug wilde (moest ik maar met mijn faceboek vrienden delen). Wij betalen 2-3 keer zoveel voor producten dan als je ze in Nederland zou kopen dus dat verlies zou je als bedrijf moeten kunnen dragen maar toch duurde het iets van 6-7 emails, dat is veels te lang. Toen ik het kleine bedrag terug kreeg, trapte hij nog even na dat ik de volgende keer geen chips meer moet bestellen. Er komt geen volgende keer.

Goed verzorgde levering, uitstekend verpakt. Artikelen die niet leverbaar zijn wordt netjes een email verstuurd en het te veel betaalde geld terug gestort.

Alles verliep vlot en er was goede communicatie

Pricing is great, postage is prompt even in corona times and items are as described. got items with long use by dates. would have got 5 stars except i got an email after placing the order for 7% off. The service provided by Dutch Expat is brilliant. You order your stuff online and within a couple of days your order is delivered. As a Dutch national living in the UK this is perfect to get things from home quickly. Although some things are quite expensive it is absolutely worth it.

I have been using this company for a few years now. Ordering is easy and the delivery to the UK extremely swift, often quicker than postal services within the UK.
