I couldn’t be happier! This is the only place I could find my beloved Douwe Egberts capsules that would ship to America. At first I thought I couldn’t justify spending so much on shipping, but it still cost less than the capsules from Nespresso, and tastes SO MUCH BETTER. They took great care in packing the box and shipping was fast, with regular updates sent by email.

I always receive my shipment to Philadelphia in two days!!

Prima afhandeling van de bestelling, bevroren Producten werden op dag drie na de bestelling afgeleverd. Alles goed verpakt en hard bevroren bij aflevering. Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het duurde een paar dagen voordat mijn bestelling werd verwerkt, maar mijn pakket is met Fedex goed aangekomen in Vietnam.

I found the shop looking for a specific product, which I only found on their online store. I am a returning customer for the third time now, first time I got the delivery in a matter of days, on the second I waited a little longer but then by contacting them I immediately received my order, maybe it had been misplaced. Third time like the first, quick processing and quick delivery. I must say that I am buying something really delicate, that is potato crisps, but I always found the packaging perfect, the products in perfect condition and really fast processing and fast delivery... I will continue to buy from them...

Niets dan positieve ervaringen zelfs in de coronatijd.

Everything ordered arrived reasonably quickly and as expected. I didn’t get a tracking number automatically so I wasn’t sure if the parcel had been sent but it had, and the service was quick and friendly in response for my question. The prices of the products seem to me to be competitive.

Ordered from them because we wanted Punselie's cookies for friends of ours and we can't get those from the Dutch shops here in the US. We filled up the order to max out the steep shipping charges. When package arrived box was damaged, crumbled chips were falling out and all cookies inside were crushed. So I asked the seller to send me replacements but all he wants to do is refund the money for the cookies. So now I paid those high shipping charges for products I can get through Dutch shops over here as well, but will have to pay new shipping charges to reorder the crushed cookies I wanted in the first place. Damage was due to bad packaging (sellers responsibility) or rough handeling by Fedex, for which they say they have a 500 Euro package insurance. One way or the other, I shouldn't have to pay for these shipping charges. So terrible customer service, stay away.

The search facility is abysmal. For example: (o) - Good luck finding the AH bitterkoekjes by searching for "bitterkoekjes" (o) - menus and sub-menus that extend to below the web page with no means of accessing the out-of-view items. If I had not wanted my products so badly (some were intended as presents) I would have given up.

Mijn derde bestelling en wederom goed. Deze keer wel problemen met customs clearance via FedEx gehad; wat resulteerde dat enkele producten door de locale hitte (vermoedelijk geen gekoeld warehouse) verloren zijn gegaan. Dit is echter met de transporteur en niets met Dutch Expat Shop te maken. Toch 1 tip: probeer de verpakking iets meer te verstevigen, heb ondervonden dat alles wat losjes in de doos zat.

Vandaag mijn eerste bestelling ontvangen. Had bestelling 13 dagen geleden geplaatst en het was 6 dagen geleden verzonden. Groot pakket was zeer goed verpakt met kleinere dozen, piepschuim en de meeste artikelen in plastic en/of noppenfolie. Ik was bezorgd over de breekbare potten/flessen, maar alles is perfect aangekomen. Wat een goede service. Wij zullen in de toekomst zeker regelmatig bestellingen plaatsen voor onze favoriete Nederlandse producten. Bedankt!

wonderful swift delivery every time of my favourite crackers that I cannot get in the UK. I order regularly and I have never been let down. Perfect service to get my favourite crackers that I share with family and friends. These superb, ultra slim rosemary and salt crackers are utterly perfect with smoked duck breast, a marriage made in heaven.

Zending was uitstekend verpakt en arriveerde als verwacht. Website is heel eenvoudig te gebruiken

Prima assortiment produkten en prima website. Van bestelling tot ontvangst was, ondanks Covid, redelijk snel. De bestelde diepvries produkten waren nog goed bevroren. Een suggestie is om op de verpakking duidelijk te vermelden dat er diepvries produkten inzitten. De DHL-bezorger wist dit niet en had anders sneller bezorgd.

Parcel arrived in good condition, with none of the jars broken. Delivery took longer than expected but with the virus and lockdowns going on not surprised. Will certainly order again.
