The whole process of ordering is simple. I got notified of a delay in delivery. Everything arrived well secured and well wrapped. A 10% discount on follow up orders would be well appreciated by all customers. I will be back

I thought postal service would be safe but this year’s order went to the wrong address- but some improvement on a previous delivery when a courier delivered to the wrong country.

Binnenkort bestel ik weer wat bij Dutch Expat Shop.

What it says in the title.

For the first time I bought Douwe Egberts coffee from the Dutch Expat Shop. Coffee is more expensive than in the Dutch supermarket and of course the transport costs. And then the total costs are high but to have this possibility in your mind is good because if I am in Holland or people will visit me they will bring also coffee. When I ordered coffee it was not in stock but they managed to send on short notice. They kept me up to date by mail, so far so good.

I've bought a few times and always good service and well packed.

The unexpected delay to ship and delay to delivery. Nobody update the status and no customer service. Not good experience but just say normal

Stayed two days at home , because délivrée was at home, After two days I had to go to where they délivered. Not okay But everything inside was okay Due to illness it is not Nice to get it yourself

I have used this company for a few years now and have no complaints. The despatch has always been quick and there is an option if an item is not in stock for an alternative or a refund. The items have always been well packaged and there are 3 different carriers that can be used. I will continue to order from this company when i cannot visit the Netherlands

Alle bestellingen waren in de doos en de doos arriveerde op tijd. Hartelijk dank voor de mooie verzorging.

Doordat de bezorging slecht was, we kregen iedere dag bericht dat ze die dag zouden komen maar helaas, de koerier was de BRT en daar zijn regelmatig problemen mee. Hierdoor is het pakket te lang onderweg geweest en moesten we helaas wat producten weggooien omdat die niet meer goed waren

I have used Dutch Expat Shop in the past a lot without too much of a problem, but this time around was very disappointed: shipment was considerably delayed and two of the items that I had in my cart were not available and thus not sent, while the package was a birthday surprise. Personally, I will not order any more and will try one of the other online shops.

Ik had al een aantal keren wat besteld bij de Dutch Expat Shop, en iedere keer de bestelling snel en zonder problemen ontvangen. De laatste keer ging er wat mis met de aantallen, maar een email en supersnelle reactie was dat allemaal opgelost. Fantastische service!

Easy to order. Good communication about shipment/delivery expectations. The two things which can improve (will not stop me from ordering...) 1. When trying to order the right amount to maximize the shipping charges there is one message in the shopping basket (you reach the limit for this weight) and another message when checking out (you can order more for this weight). 2. While packaging was outstanding you need to realize that anything which has room to move in the box (and despite putting a sticker fragile on it Fedex throws the box around) will get damaged. In my case there were 3 hagelslag package which were loose/had room for movement and they all got damaged. Bottom line appreciate the service and hope you see this as constructive feedback. Raymond
