We hadden 10 pakken Van Gilse Geleisuiker Speciaal besteld, en er zaten er maar 8 in de doos. Er is echter snel een terugbetaling gekomen, die we in eerste instantie over het hoofd hadden gezien.

Heb mail gestuurd vandasg over gesmolten stroopwafels. Heb ook fritesaus van remia besteld en Niet de mayonaise ( die kan ik ook in australie kopen, fritesaus niet) Lijkt allemaal beetje te snel ingepakt en pist ook nakatig dood in zon laten liggen. De doos en inhoud waren vrij gekreukeld en gelukking is van de hagelslag masr 1 doos japot. Hopelijk kunnen jullie hief aandacht besteden. Kost redelijk veel geld en als dan veel onbruikbaar is of ook verkeerd maonsise ipv fritesaus dan is het niet meer de moeite waard. Bedankt voor jullie aandacht hiervoor. I have ordered from the Dutch Expat Shop several times now. My deliveries are always 'standard' as the postage is so expensive nowadays. Despite the 'standard' delivery ordered, the parcel still arrives quite quick and the products ordered are well wrapped and all in good order. Excellent service. Thank you.
Bonjour, je suis très satisfait, je suis résident Belge à Tenerife et j’ai reçu mon colis sans aucun problème, juste une chose, pour l’envoi vers Tenerife, il faudrait dans le bordereau de livraison indiquer le numéro de NIE ( identification espagnole personnel ) et pouvoir marquer usage particulier, sinon très content et je vous ferais une nouvelle commande bientôt.

Dutch Expat is the only retailer selling Swiss Chalet cheese triangles which are incredibly hard to find.....I've bought these many times from Dutch Expat and they always arrive extremely well packaged and well in date... Received purchase Rambol soft walnut cheese which again arrived fresh and well packaged ...They have a wide selection and I can honestly say I've never had any issues with my orders,...
Wrong goods and Long response time from customer service
Hi Christina, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that an incorrect product was sent to you. I can see that my colleague sent you a return label for the items and a refund has been organised for when they arrive back to us. Our customer service operating times are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. We strive to answer emails sent in this time within a 24 hour window. As your emails were sent on a Friday afternoon and over a weekend period, we did not receive them until the Monday morning, when we replied. Ordered some chocolate milk and had it shipped to the US. Box arrived but it was empty. I sent a message to them asking what happened. They said they would check with FedEx to find out what happened. They never followed up, they just sent a message saying they're refunding my money minus the shipping And I never got an answer to what happened to my items I ordered that never arrived. Waste of $50 in shipping. 1 STAR

It is ironic being asked for a review when I still have no shipment almost 3 weeks later! I have been a customer for a number of years and always had an excellent experience. Not so much this time...One of the items was unavailable but that is not an issue since it was promptly refunded. The issue is that the fedex tracking states that the shipment is sitting in Tennessee since 7th of Aug!! This is not acceptable and not what has been the case in the past. I don't even know who to contact...

Via RTV West kwam ik achter het bestaan van Dutch Expat Shop. Mijn Hollandse familie in CH is gek op bitterballen. Als je in 2 dagen naar CH rijdt, is het meenemen van bitterballen geen optie. Dus contact gezocht met Dutch Expat Shop en uitleg gekregen. Bestelling geplaatst, uitlevering/verzending op maandag en bezorging op donderdag in diepgevroren toestand. Bitterballen liggen nu bij diverse familieleden in het diepvriesvak en zij wachten op een goede gelegenheid om van de bitterballen te gaan smullen. Dit cadeau is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Kost de schenker weinig tijd om een bestelling te plaatsen en de ontvanger(s) zijn helemaal gelukkig met dit Hollandse product.

I got what I ordered, but somehow - not in sufficient quantity - i got refund, but with 21 products order, only 16 were delivered - so I'm little bit stunned by this situation..
I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER WHICH WAS PLACED 3 WEEKS AGO - IN JULY 27th.
